Craft Room Storage Videos
Today, I am knee deep in cleaning out my office/craft room. I did a big purge and sort last year, but never quite got my storage system fully worked out and things ended up getting hugely messy all over again. Last week, Natalie posted about Crafty Intentions amazing craft room that was hugely inspirational. I've also found these videos from the Crafty Storage blog that have some great ideas for storage and set up in the craft room. I love that most of her storage units are Goodwill finds (including a set of lockers that I covet and some great cabinets that she scored for $5!) You can see both her videos of her craft room tour over at the Crafty Storage blog. Enjoy! I'm heading back into the pit ... er ... office to keep cleaning.

Modish's Coverage of Handmade Spaces
I love seeing how people organize their craft supplies so it's extra fun to drool over the photos in Modish's Handmade Spaces post, covering the best in storage. Pictured above is the beautifully and well-organized studio of Pink Loves Brown.

Fabric Mail Sorter
Oneeyedsally at Craftster whipped up this modern and useful fabric organizer, which hangs on her kitchen wall and sorts her mail. I like one commenter's suggestion of adding small clear vinyl pockets to the front, which she could slip paper labels into.

Big Box of ADHD

Meagan sent us a link to her Big Box of ADHD project. I think it would be a super way to help kids (and grownups) organize their brains and ideas.

Lovely Design's Closet Craft Room
You may think you don't have space in your home for a craft room, but just look at Lovely Design's inspiring creative space, which she created in a closet. The back wall is covered in wallpaper, while simple shelves from IKEA mimic the look of built-ins above the desk. Fabric is folded and stacked by color, and a piece of board covered in kraft paper is used as a tabletop. Great job!
