I am absolutely in love with these shoes right now. They are a great statement piece and just fun to wear. Been getting a lot of compliments on these! Plus, this technique could work for so many things. I kinda want to cover everything in old doilies now...

Corin e, I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding. I was trying to comment to Stephanie De La Torre whom it seemed was shaming us for buying crocheted doilies from underpaid workers. I think she's pushing the issue a little far.
I LOVE your shoes AND I'm happy you got to use your wedding doilies to make them. That makes them even better!!!
Guess from now on I'll just click LIKE, so as not to offend anyone!
