World's First Functioning Lego Greenhouse

Lego_greenhouse.jpg

This fantastic greenhouse made entirely of Lego bricks was just unveiled at the 2011 London Design Festival. Designed by Sebastian Bergne, it is made up of around 100,000 Lego bricks.

The walls, the floors, and even the earth are all composed of either translucent or brown pieces, though the tomatoes, peppers, sunflowers, and other flora that you see are very much real.

Brilliant! Thanks, Claire!
