How-To: Decorate Glass Jar Lids

Here's a simple little tutorial for decorating the lids of glass jars using spray paint and decals, from Dottie Angel.

I love storing leftover food in glass jars. But when I lived with my sister, she would save pretty much EVERY glass jar that found its way into our kitchen, and then it was impossible to find a matching lid and jar amongst the sea of jars. Ridiculous! : )

The leading commander of U.S. forces within the Middle East singled out Iran because the only nation actively attempting to destabilize and spark violence inside the region.

James Mattis, head in the U.S. Central Command, mentioned at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing Tuesday. "Its reckless behavior and bellicose rhetoric have created a high potential for miscalculation." Read also: U.S and other people supply to restart nuclear talks with Iran Listing Iranian weapon capabilities for example ballistic missiles, long-range rockets, mines, modest boats, cruise missiles and submarines, Mattis said future threats in the region "are increasingly maritime" and referred to as on Congress to shield the spending budget to allow for proper equipping of his forces.
"I anticipate that we'll need more maritime missile defense, anti-fast attack craft capabilities, amphibious ships and mine-countermeasure capability, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance assets," Mattis stated in written testimony.
Mattis also detailed how Iran was helping Syria, a connection CNN's Barbara Starr reported about on Monday.
The general also warned of Syria's weapons stash, saying the country's regime features a substantial quantity of chemical and biological weapons, a significant integrated air defense program, and thousands of shoulder-launched anti-aircraft missiles.
