How-To: Knitted Plant Pockets

hchamp_plant_pockets.jpg

Living in Brooklyn, I've seen my share of yarn bombing and plant bombing, but this is the first time I've seen the two together. In a fit of spectacular fiber awesomeness, Heather Powazek Champ designed these knitted plant pockets in collaboration with her husband, and now they're brightening up the streets of San Francisco! Complete instructions for making your own plant pocket can be found on her site.
