Today, March 2, is Theodor Seuss Geisel's birthday (otherwise known as American writer and cartoonist Dr. Seuss). He was certainly an imaginative person, and his wonderful stories and drawings have touched countless people, of all ages. Here are 16 Seuss-inspired crafts that tickle my fancy.

Thank you for the link, Genevieve! That stitch work *is* incredible. The loose, carefree lines of Dr. Seuss' drawings really lend themselves to re-interpretation, via embroidery and other mediums.
