This feels like cheating. Yes they're cute, but mix plus food coloring is hardly new, not a recipe, and since it's just gluten free mix, we already know how she "whipped 'em up." Maybe as part of a whole web list of cute rainbow foods, but just on it's own? I was looking for something special.
