Colored Pencils Shelf

UK-based designer, Dominic Wilcox, started a project called "speed creating" where he made something every day for 30 days in a row from nothing more than the objects he already had around him. By far, my favorite is this yummy-looking shelf made from colored pencils that have been glued together in two layers and then mounted on wooden pencil box brackets. Check out some of his other projects like the soccer ball smoothie maker over on DesignBoom. [via ohdeedoh]

The ruler as the bracket is a nice touch!
