How-To: Tissue Paper Hydrangea Pins

tissue_paper_hydrangeas.jpg

These simple tissue paper hydrangea pins bring back memories of big-time fun as a kid, mashing down tissue paper petals in to glue on the tip of a pencil eraser. Cathe of Just Something I Made gives a grown-up spin on the timeless tissue paper flower craft in her tutorial.

This flower reminds me of my junior year in high school (don't ask how long ago that was!). Certain girls were chosen to be part of the daisy chain that walked out with the graduating seniors and we made the daisy chain flowers ourselves from tissue paper. I will definitely try this pattern with a lot of nostalgia as I do the work!
