How-To: "Plastic" from Expired Milk

Jie Roe learned to make a moldable, plastic-like material from expired milk:

This home-made plastic is hardly a replacement for real plastic, but it's a fun experiment to do with your friends or kids. The chemical reaction is based on the fact that casein is generated from milk and vinegar with some heat. It is quick and easy, and it will be fun for everyone!

You know- they have a name for "plastic-like material formed from casein extracted from milk".

They call it "cheese" :)
