I happen to really like eating Peeps, so this how-to on turning them in to sushi-style snacks from Serious Eats is appealing to me. If you aren't a Peeps fan, you'll still like the tutorial. There's a little ... er ... Peep beheading action going on. Thanks, Kris!

Looks cool but sounds weird, changing the imagine of peeps, the sweet candy treat-what will they think of next, maybe good for the kids to get some good food into them though...
