DIY Lego Hole Punching Card

diy_lego_punches.jpg

There was a lot of excitement over the Lego paper punch kits I posted about last month, as well as some upset that they aren't currently available in the United States. Filth Wizardry took matters into her own hands and started experimenting with using a standard hole punch and paint chips. After a few tries, she's just about perfected the effect, and has even provided a downloadable, printable sheet to use as a guide for punching your own Lego-sized holes (be sure to check out the clever way she came up with for marking where to punch). Her kids have made all kinds of fantastic displays using paper, paint chips and Legos. She's even updated to say she's scanned in some of her own Christmas drawings, modified them to be used with Legos and has provided them for download for her readers. Have fun!
