The Letter Bag in Gunmetal Gray with an Adjustable Strap

As a bookworm I'm always hauling around ridiculous amounts of printed material--notebooks, novels, napkins filled with scribbles. Not only is the the Moop Letter Bag lovely to look at, it's smart on the inside as well! The pocket "meant for paperbacks and steno pads" really caught my eye. I'll be teaching high school English next fall, and I think the Letter Bag would be a perfect fit. It's big enough to hold the laptop I long for (someday...) and detailed enough for all the other little things. What reader and writer wouldn't want a Letter Bag for her very own?

Thanks Moop and Craft!

I love love love my Moop bag, and having another would make me the happiest girl ever!
You sold me on the letter bag. It looks perfect, and in black, would rock!!

I already have the Market Bag, which is my favorite bag of all time! Now I just need the clutch to go inside. Although, that porter bag would look good on my shoulder...

I would totally donate a body part to get one of these bags!

I love the Organic Market bag in midnight blue. I need a larger bag to carry all my stuff but I am ALWAYS losing my keys and cell phone in the bottom of my current one. I love that this one has smaller compartments and also that it's made of organic materials. Please?

Love the Messenger in Hunter

As a geology student and craft enthusiast, I think that the messenger bag in hunter would make an ideal carryall! It would be equally useful for going hiking and going to class. The color and material seem really durable, and the bag is clearly high quality. That would be my choice!

Thanks for the great blog; I really enjoy reading it.

Welcome to Pittsburgh Moop!

I love The Market Bag in gunmetal gray or the letter bag in Rosewood. I think I love them both equally. I like Moop bags even more now that they are made locally, in Pittsburgh!

Moop - Timeless but modern

I love these bags...

I have several friends who are "bag aficionados" and their is definitely something to be said about these. Their seems to be something special about them...like a favorite old book or scarf. You cant quite put your finger on it...but its special. I know these bags come well crafted and do stand up to much book carting, and stray knitting needles with ease. My favorite...The Porter in Provincial Blue...it reminds me of a late fall walk in the north east...jewel tones, hot coffee, a good book. (smile.)

three cheers for moop!

I adore Moop bags so much! I've turned several friends and co-workers onto them (but actually have yet to snag one for myself!) I'd love to own a Porter bag in Rosewood--I'm one of those New Yorkers who's always shlepping a million things around (laptop, library books, wallet, journal, loose pens, scarf), so the Porter looks roomy enough for me! I also love bags that I can carry or sling over my shoulder (best for biking, no?) Hooray for handmade! cheers, c

AAH! I love the Market Bag! Perfect for all the stuff I carry around with me on a regular basis! These are fantastic bags and YAY Pittsburgh.

Very fine bag

The Tote bag looks very well constructed and would be perfect for hauling around my knitting and the other stuff I carry every day. I'd prefer one in the very sophisticated looking gunmetal grey color.

I want a moop bag!

I have been looking up Moop.com for about two years now. Moop bags have that wonderful capacity to make me day dream. The clean, neat, aesthetic bags combine form with function in a way that delights anyone - from the person making it, to the person looking at it across the globe. (I live in India.)

I'd love to have The Porter (in Rosewood) because it's a classic design that will never go out of style. As far as substance is concerned, one look at the bag is enough. I remember a picture of the wholesome worktable on which the bags are made posted on the blog. There is something organic, healthy and peaceful about the bag. That is why I want it.

I love the letter bag in gunmetal grey. It would be perfect for my mom--she is starting a second career and going back to school but she is a little overwhelmed with carrying a laptop bag and a handbag. I know she would LOVE all the room this bag has.

The Messenger in Gunmetal

I would absolutely love to have the messenger in gunmetal, and I would use it for such nice things like stuffing my Sherlock Holmes book in it, and then I would put my ipod and my Moleskin in it. Afterward, I'll jam it with things like novels and cd's and the odd typewriter ( though i doubt that a typewriter would fit in it. But i'd put my pooch in there so he can finally be portable. Oh, it would be so beautiful if I won that lovely messenger. And i can't make my own since I dont have the resources. Well, thanks for taking the time to read my submission.

With Thankful Love,

Alan

Messenger Bag in corded rosewood

I live in Pittsburgh - moop bags are awesome. I'd love the Messenger bag in the corded rosewood color for carrying projects to and from our Pittsburgh hacker space. Room for laptop, lilypad, conductive thread, sketchbooks and more...

Posted by: Eringi on November 12, 2009 at 8:45 PM

Persimmons

I would love a beautiful, study handmade bag with water resistant lining to take out on a brisk November morning and fill with non-quite-ripe persimmons from my neighbour’s tree. Then my bag and I would look up the home addresses of those who have wronged us in the past, and give them a good pummelling. Oh what fun we would have, me and my bag!

While the market bag would hold more persimmons, I think the messenger bag would provide a much better weight distribution and swing radius. Rosewood Red would minimize the appearance of blood (which shouldn't be an issue, as the entire point of the persimmons is to not leave marks - but it's best to have a contingency plan, yes?)

As the budget for this operation is rather low, I would love to obtain the Rosewood Red Messenger bag as a prize.

I love Moop bags and have been eyeing one to use as a possible baby/diaper bag. Would love the Messenger bag in Hunter. It's unisex and can be used well after it's no longer needed for toting diapers.

Porter in Rosewood

I'd love to have the Porter in Rosewood - big enough and sturdy enough for all my teaching materials, and inside zipper pockets for organization (and to keep in my valuables, should I commit a klutzy act on the subway).

Baggity bag!

Hey There!

I would adore the tote bag in either white or that brilliant blue in the middle left photo. Aaaaahhhh, the perfect shade of blue makes me happy.

Thanks for the entry!

i love the messenger in rosewood because i am cool like that.

Posted by: Emi on November 12, 2009 at 5:41 PM

Too cool!!

I would pick the messenger bag in gunmetal. It's super cute! I think I deserve to win this bag because I am the kind of person who will bring a project with me to the grocery store, so of COURSE I bring one to school. My problem is that my project always ends up at the bottom of my backpack. D: Not good!! With more pockets (I love pockets) I could keep my crafting and my school stuff separate, and everyone would be happy!! :D

Posted by: mim on November 12, 2009 at 4:47 PM

i would choose the letter bag in black with adj strap (or rosewood, if it came with the long strap)
because it looks perfect for organizing, it small enough for easy carrying on longer walks (with the adj strap) but big enough for book/laptop/umbrella/scarf
/snack/phone/headphones whatver i need! please count me in, i'd love to win!

The Letter bag

I love the Letter Bag in gunmetal gray. It's so simple, but sleek looking. I feel like I could carry it around with me in casual dress throughout the day, but I could also make it work with nicer dresses and other outfits.
The bag is filled with compartments and small pockets for one to organize their ipod, phone, notepads, pencils, everything. I'm always carrying around with a book, a notepad, water, my phone, and my ipod and headphones on top of the basic necessities. The Letter Bag would allow me to carry all these things, without them getting all mixed up and hard to find in my purse and I would look stylish all at the same time.
It's really a gorgeous bag and even if I don't win it, I may just have to buy it.

I love the Moop bags - I've had my eye on the Market Bag in Rosewood for the longest time - I have a laptop to lug around for work in addition to change of clothes for a little boy still in the midst of potty training - plus all the stuff a woman always has on her! I love that it looks soft and feminine, but also indestructible without sacrificing style. The big key for me is that extendable shoulder strap - I have to be able to wear my bags across my body (otherwise I'm one of those people always knocking in to you on the sidewalk!). I would be thrilled to win a Moop bag, I just can't afford one on my own right now, but I'd wear it with pride around my rather hip little town (Boulder is a Moop-kind of town) and would love to sing the praises of such a quality bag. Thanks!

Help a fella out?

My wife and I just had a baby, and we're both really into finding bags that work for us (I've got a porter bag I love, she's got a few key bags that work for everything). It's great, but it makes things like choosing a diaper bag go slowly. The only bag we've seen that we both are really excited about is the Messenger from Moop. Hunter looks best to me.

Posted by: mimi on November 12, 2009 at 1:18 PM

Love at first site

Pick me please. :) I would absolutely love to carry the Letter Bag in Grey (toss up between gray and rosewood) to all of the job interviews that I hope to have soon!

Posted by: Samantha on November 12, 2009 at 12:43 PM

I *heart* Moop

The object of my desire is the Letter Clutch in black.

The problem with most clutches is that they fit nothing! Well, if you only need to carry lipstick then you're all set. But what about us gals who wear glasses? Sometimes I'll ask my husband to carry my glasses case, then try to cram everything else into a tiny bag.

But with you, perfect Letter Clutch, I can hold everything! Eureka!

Posted by: Kristy on November 12, 2009 at 12:37 PM

I think that the porter bag would be neat to have as a carryall-type bag for exercising/carrying the change of clothing. It also looks big enough to be a diaper bag, yet gender neutral enough for even a dad to be willing to carry it. (And although I'd love to keep it, I'd probably give it to one of my friends as a baby shower gift.)

Posted by: abigail neal on November 12, 2009 at 12:18 PM

the perfect bag

So hard to choose, but the Messenger Bag in Rosewood is my pick. It's timeless, oh so functional, and would look fantastic draped over my shoulder. Fingers crossed!

market bag in gunmetal gray

I would love to win a Moop bag because of the quality craftsmanship that goes into every bag, because I like to support small handmade artisans/craftspeople, because Moop is a great name and their studio is the coolest workspace I've ever seen, and because the bag that I want (the Market Bag in gunmetal gray) is just so pretty!

I've been lusting over Moop bags for about a year. They are so beautiful and well constructed! My favorite is the Market Bag in Gunmetal Gray. I have a 6 year old daughter and am pregnant with our second (finally)...so having a beautiful bag that could hold all of my daughter's things, mine AND function as a diaper bag would be AMAZING.

Thinking positively...

...so when I win, I would love LOVE to get one of The Porter bags. It sounds like a great bag for not only weekend trips, but also on days when you need a change of clothing (like after exercising, or swimming) and it looks gender-neutral enough to possibly *gasp!* give it as a baby gift to one of my (purse-loving) friends who is expecting early next year...

Mom needs to keep her hands free

Love the bags, though the only one that would be practical enough for me would be the messenger bag in gunmetal: I can stuff it with my necessities, all the stuff my 2yo daughter can not do without (which lately is getting to be lots and lots) and still keep my hands free to hold the most important: her little hand while crossing the street :)
The color is the safest with all the types of fluids flying around in my life.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

Will.

my new job

I would love the Letter Bag in Gunmetal Grey because I just started a new double duty job as a marketing coordinator and executive assistant. I have lots of projects I lug back and forth from home to the office and I guarantee this will help me look organized, calm, cool, and collected. No more getting out of the car and spilling all my paperwork and art proofs all over the street. No way! Not me! All because I am a cute girl with a cute bag.

Posted by: bob on November 11, 2009 at 10:12 PM

The Duffel is the bag I like the most - it is both functional and quirky and looks like it could hold a sock project as well as my normal stuff. I also like that it can come with an extra long strap, which makes it perfect for use with crutches

Posted by: Shireen on November 11, 2009 at 9:53 PM

The new Market Bag in brown is superb--what attention to line & form! As a poet/MFA student in New York, I am always on the road with my laptop, journals, books, yarn, etc. and would love to have a beautifully crafted place to keep all these odds & ends.

And my cat, who finds a way into all of my bags, would love to call this bag home.

Posted by: Emily M on November 11, 2009 at 9:23 PM

carry a camera and more in style...

I think the Letter bag in black would make a terrific camera bag/ daily carry. I have in my ratty messenger, camera, extra lens, notebook, wallet, ipod, phone, keys, card case, girly bag, assorted pens.... all slopping around in the big compartment. I'd love to be more organized and look sleeker, the Letter bag is flatter, and has great compartments to keep everything together, but separate! I also like the narrow shoulder strap, more tailored than the seat belt strap I have now!

I would love to have the Letter bag in Gun Metal. As a grad student I'm always lugging a ton of things around with me. I'm also always low on funds, and would love a new bag so I could move out of the grimy one I'm carrying with me these days.

Posted by: Erika on November 11, 2009 at 8:16 PM

Great for the new mom turned packing mule!

As a new mom I find myself hauling a wealth of items beyond the pre-baby purse contents. Extra socks, O's cereal, wooden rattles, books, coupons, sippy cup...you name it. My purse is spilling over and I am forever losing my keys and cell phones in its deep depths. The gorgeous Market Bag in Rosewood with adjustable strap might be just the ticket to help me at least LOOK like I have it all under control!

Posted by: norarachel on November 11, 2009 at 7:58 PM

Oh for a new bag!

I'd love the letter bag. I have been limping along with my work bag falling apart piece by piece. I like lots of pockets so that I am not hunting around in the bottom of the bag.

LOVE the messenger bag in gunmetal! Looks like the perfect bag to carry to work - throw in my laptop, various papers, and random necessaries - and go!

Posted by: Ssmith28 on November 11, 2009 at 3:09 PM

Perfect size!

I love the "Clutch." I carry a diaper bag most of the time and always have my wallet, keys, etc. rolling around loose in it. The clutch looks like the perfect size to give Mommy a little slice of space & organization. The clip on the side is perfect for me to anchor it into the bag or I can take it out & just carry it and feel like a real woman once in a while. All of the colors are beautiful-I couldn't pick!

Tote!

These bags are all great, but the Tote would be my first choice. I'm always carrying so much -- books, laptop, knitting -- and I think it would all fit.

my birthday!

The letter bag is great (in rosewood or black)! I am SO in need of a new bag - and my birthday is on Nov 13!! :) Also having a baby in a month and this could definitely do double-duty as a diaper bag. Thanks!

Posted by: Meghan on November 11, 2009 at 1:42 PM

MOOP! I love these bags, and have been dropping incredibly un-subtle hints that I'd really like one for the holidays. I've got my eye on the letter clutch. Usually clutches are too small and aren't at all practical for carrying a full wallet or a book or really much of anything, but this one is so stylish while still being able to carry around the things I use everyday.

Posted by: bmolavi on November 11, 2009 at 1:16 PM

oh my gosh! those are some beautiful bags!
it's hard to pick a fave. . .but i'll go with "The Messenger". . .
I think it looks awesome, good quality and also I can put lots of things in it! :)

lovely bags

I really love the messenger in tan and red and it would look fab with my new red laptop.

Posted by: waterbaby on November 11, 2009 at 12:17 PM

Have to agree with Our Correspondent: the Letter Bag does it for me! As someone who usually carries a backpack, I'd transition in a heartbeat to one of these. Love the look, the additional long strap, all the pockets (that there is one just for keys shows a special degree of design thoughtfulness), and how roomy it is without being oversized. I think I'd do a little happy dance every time I walked out the door carrying one of these. Well done, Moop!

moop bag give-away

I would love to win a Moop messenger bag in gunmetal, I have been a fan of Moop for a long time and have desired the messenger bag forever! It is perfect for trips that I need to bring my laptop and just regular daily use, the pockets and general design is just perfect!

I am enthralled by the Market Bag in Rosewood. The pleats are just to die for -- so simple and assertive, yet feminine and flirty! My husband and I are going to be traveling all over the country in the upcoming Christmas season and I can just envision how cool I'd look toting around all my carry-on travel necessities in a beautiful Moop bag! Of course, I'd brag about how I got my new Moop bag courtesy of a CRAFT Giveaway!

Market Bag My Heart

I love all of Moop's bags, but I would choose the Market Bag for sure (in gunmetal gray). I've had a year-long love affair with that bag. I love the clean simplicity, the beautiful materials, the high quality construction. Just gorgeous. Everything about it is perfect.

omg corduroy.

I have been drooling over the duffel bag in rosewood for a while now. I go through such fits with purses, I hate having to carry them, so I like them to be as little purselike as possible. and I have a ridiculous love of corduroy, especially red corduroy. ever since I was little and had red corduroy pants.

None

I L-O-V-E the Letter Clutch in Gunmetal. It's a very classy/chic shape, with relaxed fabric - can use with little black dress or jeans. Also, it looks more roomy than most clutches.

Posted by: Katie on November 11, 2009 at 7:29 AM

Letter Bag in Rosewood

Talk about the perfect accessory for the fall and winter months; could those colors get any richer!?!

I love the Letter Bag in Rosewood for its color, versatility, and durability. I can take the bag to work, bring it with me when shopping or running errands, and even use it as a weekend tote for overnight trips. Also, I tend to be hard on my shoes and purses, and I'm always looking for a material that won't fall apart, even after I'm done with it. The corded canvas would be a nice change from leather.

Market Bag

I have long coveted the Moop Market Bag with adjustable strap. I discovered it via Ravelry - someone in a forum mentioned that it would make a lovely knitting bag. As a long time 'yarnie', I am always looking for a large, comfortable, stylish, versatile bag. This bag has a clean, timeless style. It is wonderfully simple in design, yet looks like it is the perfect bag for living. I imagine using it as a day-to-day handbag. I especially like the adjustable strap option, so it could be worn over my head as I ride my bicycle around town. (I bet it holds a lot of yarn, too.) One of the reasons I have not bought myself one was that I just could not decide on the color. As of today, I think I like the Rosewood best. I also like the word 'Moop.' It just makes me happy to say.

Thanks,

I need the Letter Bag

I really like the letter bag in gunmetal gray. I love the many pockets and the detail work on the fasteners. This would be a great bag for me because I need large bags, and this one would be able to hold a book or two. I must carry a book with me when I leave my apartment, and I'm glad this bag was designed with that in mind.

The Porter in Provincial Blue Please!

This is the perfect bag for me! I've never been one of those "small bag girls". I need a big bag to carry while I schlep my way across Seattle. I need room for the normal purse stuff like money and iPhone, but living in Seattle I also need room for my umbrella and a knitting project to work on while on the bus! It's even big enough to carry my laptop.

Ms

I would love to have the Letter Bag in black because:

It's simple, yet sophisticated, fashionable yet practical.

It's the perfect accessory for casual weekends with jeans, or professional elegance in corporate meetings.

It can carry a lot, but maintains a streamlined look that holds its shape.

Now with an adjustable strap, it's extremely convenient to use and gives me options for the look I want to achieve.

Hard to choose

But I'd have to go with the Marketplace bag because it is a great combination of roomy for lots of knick-knacks (which is a necessity for me) and great touches of style--the tasteful pleats, the pleasing shape, and colour choices are just fantastic! The problem is Rosewood or Provincial Blue?

The letter bag in grey is my bag soulmate. I love shoulder bags that can transform into messenger bags. I have been looking for one for a while now, but always revert back to my old college messenger bag. Since I own my own craft business, I would love a new bag that was both stylish and able to hold all the essentials one needs when you meet with clients.
It also reminds me of my grey kitten, emmy lou.
Thanks!

I love the Market Bag in Rosewood! (and the Duffle!)

It's a toss up. The duffle would fit inside a larger bag - and be just right for an outing....but overall -- I'm a larger bag kind of gal. I've always got my sketchbook along, or some kind of project to work on during my down time at work - some kind of fiberarts...)_

The most important thing for me though is the single, adjustable strap. I just have this issue with 2 straps....one always falls off my shoulder! Never fails!

I'd love to win either of these bags....no matter which one - it would be put to very good use -- toting things the classes that I teach, or to my friends....family. It would always hold fun stuff...along with the practical necessities too!

Thanks for the chance at this~

I love the Messenger Bag in brown cord. I can never find anything in any of the bags I've had and being 50 something years old I've had a few! This looks like it would be just the right one to save those frustrating moments when the mobile is ringing and ringing and you just can't find it!

I like Letters....

The letter bag is the one for me. Even the name fits me - I have a few pen pals, and so letters are my thing. I love that it is big enough to fit a lot stuff, but it also doesn't seem really huge as your are carrying it. It was hard to choose because I love bags of all shapes and sizes, but the letter bag is my choice from moop.

A new bag for my new job

I was laid off over a year ago and have just this month finally built enough freelance work to be (self) employed full time. Now I spend my days rushing between clients, my old bag stuffed with files. The Letter Bag in gunmetal gray would help start my newly re-employed life in style.

The letter bag looks absolutely perfect!! I've been looking for a new bookbag for a while-- I'm a college student-- and I need one that is both stylish and can hold all my books. Plus, the rosewood would look great with my new jacket!

Posted by: pitterpainter on November 10, 2009 at 5:35 PM

Hmm. I am pretty sure that the letter bag is my bag soulmate. I love a shoulder bag that doubles as a messenger and have yet to find one that really works. I have tried others, but still go back to my old school messenger, especially in rainy weather. Having my own craft business, I would love to have an everyday bag that looks stylish and is practical for carrying all the business essentials when visiting clients. I love the grey. It reminds me of my fluffy grey kitten named Emmy Lou.

Thanks!

A bit of color

I commute via train and foot every day. I have a black jacket with black pants and a black messenger bag to carry my work shoes, train crafts, lunch and etc to and from work in. The messenger in rosewood or provincial blue would add a wonderful bit of color to my black traveling ensemble.

Tote-ly perfect for a compulsive crocheter

I'm constantly crocheting and the Moop tote would actually control my large stash of projects I carry around with me. The tote would help me get focused on just one project and prevent would be tangling of multiple projects (which is a big pain in the toosh and happens waaay to often!) Ha! This bag would be my sponsor to my crochet addiction. I love the simple design and how the sand color makes it so versatile and chic. And you can do business or party in one easy step by removing the messenger strap (pending on what business or party means to ya'll). LOVE IT! Water resistant lining is a bonus for me because here in SF the misty morning bike rides can be a damper on your day (yeah I went there with a cheesy joke). So, please may I have the Moop tote in sand? PLEEEEAAASE!!!!!

Market Bag in Rosewood

I love these bags! This summer I treated myself to the Porter to use as a diaper bag for my newborn daughter; I loved it so much I almost appropriated it for myself before she was born. Now we happily share the bag, but I'd love another just for myself!

I'd love the Market Bag in Rosewood.

First - all of these are wonderful, and perfect for just about any occasion you would need a bag for. As a new mom with a full time job and a crafty side hustle I would LOVE the letter bag..oooh in gunmetal gray.
It's the perfect bag - just for me, not to be shared with crayons or sippy cups - love.

moop.

My mother has been searching for a chic and secure medium/large-sized bag that has both a strap and a handle for, well, a few years now. I'd really like to give her Moop's Letter bag for Christmas because it has all the qualities she's looking for!

Also, I love the name of this store - it's the sound that my sister and I make at each other from time to time, when we have nothing more to say. moop.

WOW! Such a difficult choice! ;A; I definately think the messenger bag in blue is divine though! It's so hard to find a nice bag that is both big enough and not made of leather or horrible pleather, although this might be just me.

I would LOVE The Letter Bag! I'm constantly on the look out for a great bag that I can use as both my purse and as a diaper bag. Obviously I don't want it to look like a diaper bag, and it has to have enough pockets for my stuff, and the separate compartment would be great for my notebook and other things I may like to carry that aren't baby related... this bag has it all! Function and beauty!

My favorite is the the Organic Market Bag (in cloud gray).

I've been looking for a bigger tote that can be used for either working out of a cafe or grocery shopping. I'm not a fan of shiny handbags with too many buckles/tassels/glitz and hate how they look, the Market Bag (and all of the moop bags) are exactly the kind of stylish and minimal product I would buy and recommend.

Porter bag in rosewood - I spend an hour needlefelting and listening to NPR each morning to zen out before starting my work day. My much loved messenger "bag o' wool" that I cart around everywhere needs to be retired and a moop bag would put me over the moon.

The letter bag and duffel are also quite handsome.

I'm swooning over the yellow/gray combo of the Organic Market bag. As for why:

My fiance bought me a particular messenger bag (it will remain nameless, XD) for my birthday in March, and within three months the thing had started to fall apart. We've replaced it with a utilitarian backpack, but I'm wanting for something a little less school-ish, and a little more everyday-ish. (:

The Most Beautiful Moop

Hello,
I Love Moop Bags they are so gorgeous!
If I had to pick one of these Lovely bags it would be The Messenger in Rosewood Cord :)
This Bag would come in handy a great deal!
I have had my other cord messenger bag for about 5 years now and it shows...The threads are unraveling, its bottom is dirty, the corners are starting to show signs of holyness (haha) and there is a significant amount of denim staining on its back from countless use and my love of wearing jeans. As much as I love my Beige Cord Messenger, I think I should let the poor thing rest for good and use a new Moop Bag.

Thanks So Much for this Wonderful Opportunity!!!

The Market bag in Gunmetal is the best! They use such wonderful fabrics, and the Market bag is my very favorite bag shape. I'm always looking for a bag that's big enough to carry my lunch, a book or two, a water bottle, and all those other things that don't fit in a purse--with huge bonus points for being attractive. I'm a librarian and far too many of my colleagues fall back on the endless free tote bags to lug this kind of stuff around. I prefer a more stylish bag that I could take out to dinner in a pinch. Go Moop!

messenger bag in gunmetal, definitely.

i had a great similar bag when i lived in SE asia but dropped it in the mekong and a shark ate it! (maybe?)carrying everything in my pockets since then has not been awesome.

it would be big enough for both my old-school laptop AND my shark protection supplies, so i would keep it forever.

Messenger Bag!

Growing up, my dad had this well-loved messenger bag (he called it a "Danish Schoolbag") that he took with him everywhere including a trip to Russia to direct A Midsummer Night's Dream with university students. Sadly, it was on that very trip that it was stolen.

The Moop Messenger Bag in Gunmetal looks SO MUCH like that long-lost vessel. I've already sent the link to my dad...but I want to one to take on all my adventures.

I WANT IT

I want the letter bag in gunmetal grey. I want it so badly. The styling is adorable and I know from other friends who've tried them that their bags are well made.

Posted by: Leslie on November 10, 2009 at 12:02 PM

I had the market bag and used it until I destroyed it. Such great bags! This time I'd take a messenger bag--I always have knitting and books to carry around :)

Oh the gunmetal market bag is by the far cutest bag I've ever seen. :) It needs to come home to me.

drooling over: the letter bag in black

I love the quality of Moop bags and own the Market Bag in Rosewood.

I'd love to get the Letter Bag in Black. It's either that one or a Letter Clutch in black.

So hard to choose!

I have always loved moop bags. I personally could be happy with any of them, but i am in desperate need of something to tote my laptop around in so i think the messenger bag would suit my needs best. Again, i'm having a hard time choosing, but i think i like it best in tan with matte black (but gunmetal gray and hunter are nice too!).

Posted by: SamariaProject on November 10, 2009 at 11:43 AM

I would LOVE a black Market Bag because I need something big and roomy to hold my life at all times! Who knows where I will be next!

I love how classy it looks and how it will go with everything while all the while being totally useful and awesome.

I have been a HUGE fan of Moop ever since I discovered Etsy :) *fingers massively crossed* I have a Moop crush :)

Letter bag!

In Rosewood!
Just the right mix of purse and courier bag, without being too big. I could carry all my regular purse stuff and my knitting all in one bag.
And the bright red would be great in the dreary winter months.

The tote in rosewood is awesome. I could carry books in it or my crochet/ knit projects. I love this bag!

Which moop bag would you like ?

I would like to own the Letter Bag (in grey if they have enough of that color) because I am a knitter - a beginning knitter - and take classes in Manhattan. There are many techniques available and I would like the bag because it would fit a few projects in it. When I go to class, I bring in home made, cold process soap which I make in my kitchen for the instructor and the other classmates. That way I can give back to my friendly and helpful classmates and thank the instructor who is so, so patient with all of us.
The bag would fit everything in that I wish to take to class.
Thank you for considering me.

Mary Poppins bag

Oh my. I have been known to carry bags full to the brim, sometimes more than one if I can't fit my laptop inside. I always want to be prepared for when I have long rides on the bus, long lines at the bank, or extra down time at a café. The things I like to carry with me: books, notebooks, ipod, phone, pens galore, my camera, laptop and current knitting project. Not to mention the girl's necessities. "When the end of the world comes, I hope I'm with you and your bag" my boyfriend teases. When I saw the Organic Market Bag in Midnight Blue, I fell in love. It's HUGE. It has a small opening so I can't lose stuff and there's lots of little pockets inside (I'm big into pockets). I also work and shop at our local organic Co-op so this bag speaks directly to me in how it was made and what it was made for. I'm sure I'll be able to fit some extra grocery items in there with my books and knitting needles.

I love the Porter in Rosewood. I usually like bags with plenty of compartments, but the minimal interior pockets on this one are really appealing. I just want to throw a fluffy blanket and some water and snacks in it and head to one of my son's soccer games. Sooo much easier than dragging along the two or three bags I seem to end up with now.

Pretty please? It would make a fashionable new diaper bag... mine is shot, but the toddler is only 22 mos old! I've still got stuff to tote around, and that bag should be helping me to do it in style!

Thanks!

a Moop giveaway?! my dream come true!

The Letter Bag in Gunmetal Gray, please!

Moop's INCREDIBLE quality and brilliant design has always been an inspiration to me. Because I also make bags (albeit, with a different approach), I've always felt a sense of community with Moop and have been so encouraged by their journey along the way. My journey is just in its beginning, but I keep working on my craft, and can only hope to be as successful as Moop someday (although, I admit, right now it seems like a far-fetched dream!)
Spending too much time making for others, I never have time to make for myself! My dream has always been to have a Moop bag, and I think it might be just what I need to keep me motivated and inspired in the coming holiday months!
Thanks, Craftzine and Moop!

Messenger Bag in Hunter

I'm a pedestrian. I ride my bike when I need to get there quick, but for the most part I just walk wherever I'm going. I love this bag and I know that on my daily trips to the market, park, café, yarn shop, etc. it would be the perfect companion.

Posted by: Lovey on November 10, 2009 at 10:00 AM

I adore the messenger bag in hunter. I have been looking for an alternative to my REI backpack that will actually hold, and keep organized, everything I need (while looking more sophisticated). I love the simplicity and aesthetics of all the Moop bags. We all know if we can't make it ourselves, then the next best thing is supporting small businesses that are passionate about what they do and what they stand for.

The letter bag in gunmetal would be perfect for me! :D I'm always losing small things like my phone, ipod, daily organizer, and craft projects in the bags that I have, so a Moop bag would be awesome to keep it all organized! ^____^

Tough decision!

Wow. Great bags! Thank you so much for this giveaway!

I think I looked at all of them twice. You're right, the Letter Bag is fantastic with all of those pockets and room. If the Rosewood had the adjustable strap option, then it would be a clear choice. If it came in Provincial Blue, even better. But the adj strap option is the selling point for me, so I'm going with The Messenger in Provincial Blue! Another pocket-filled, roomy option for all the goods I like to have with me: iPhone, SLR camera, often a laptop, always a book and a rain jacket. I love that the bags are so sturdy... and handmade!

Bags!

I love the Porter (gunmetal grey) because it looks like a perfect 'everything' bag. I'm a textiles student here in Scotland, and as such need to carry around big sketchbooks and a ton of assorted art materials every day. Every bag I've used had fallen apart within a couple of months, and the Porter looks like it could really take a beating and stand up to my studenty barrage of crap to carry around.

Posted by: Kristine on November 10, 2009 at 9:19 AM

I'm a grad student-to-be, and carrying my laptop and books in a backpack is good for my back, but not very pretty. The Messenger bag in Rosewood cord would be ideal--functional and beautiful! I would also love to support a small business like this, one that focuses on "mindful labor," as they put it.

Scene...

10:30 THIS MORNING:

Meeting with clients. Roll into office with 3 different bags filled with various (but incredibly important) things. Laptop, camera, wallet, sketchbook, bag of micron pens, clipboard and to-do list, water, handkerchief, chapsticks, three big books on Blue Note jazz record covers.

Also carried jacket since weather was warm. Looked like frazzled mess.

I need to consolidate. Chrome bags are just too masculine for me.

The Letter Bag in gunmetal gray.

Period.

I have been coveting the Tote in sand. I think it would be a wonderful bag to take to the farmers market.

Posted by: CopperScaleDragon on November 10, 2009 at 9:01 AM

Wonderful bags!

That messenger bag in Rosewood Cord is just what I need! I could pack everything I might need for a day at Dragon con in that for sure! It would hold my current crochet project as well for trips out during the year. The color is great, style beautiful and it looks sturdy enough to survive the heavy use. I love it!!

Posted by: Nan on November 10, 2009 at 8:58 AM

Wow, I love their bags (all of them), but I think my favorite is the tote. I like the fact that it has a lot of pockets because I always carry my projects with me wherever so I can work on it while I am waiting in line or whatever. I usually have to carry my purse and the project bag. With the tote I don't have to and the fact that it does not have velcro, my yarn will not snag on them when I am pulling out the yarn.

Posted by: Hannah on November 10, 2009 at 8:58 AM

I've been watching Moop grow on Etsy for years, secretly pining away for a bag of my own, but never able to settle on one design I love the most! It's been really interesting to watch the patterns change and evolve over time into some really well designed and functional tools.

The Letter Bag in black is my favorite, so far! It looks flattering and subtle enough to work in any situation, yet tough and sturdy and able to hold all my books and notes. This is a bag that could get me through college in one piece, and hopefully grad school someday, too!

Posted by: elizabeth on November 10, 2009 at 8:56 AM

i have eyed moop bags for a long time. i am especially drawn to them because of my son. he's 17 and has made up words for years. one word is 'moop' - as in 'i have to moop' (poop). he invented this way before 'south park' had the band 'moop'. incidentally, he calls me 'bob' instead of mom. (if you say 'mom' when you're congested, it sounds like 'bob').

i think my favorite is the market bag in gunmetal.

Posted by: josh on November 10, 2009 at 8:56 AM

I would like to win the gray bag because it is the most versitile, and the color would work well with more somber outfits.

Posted by: a girl who lies in her journal on November 10, 2009 at 8:51 AM

I would want the letter bag in gray. I need a far more fashionable choice to tote things around then my worn out green corduroy bag, plus the shoulder strap is a must for my student life! Not to mention the fact that it is water-proof, making it perfect for random rain showers.

Posted by: Kelsey on November 10, 2009 at 8:51 AM

It's so hard to decide - they're all so gorgeous! I think my favorite is the messenger style. The rosewood cord is such a fun color and texture (though it's a tough call between rosewood and gunmetal)

Posted by: Amy on November 10, 2009 at 8:46 AM

Market Bag, that size is great for being big but not looking like you are carrying around a ton of stuff. Also adjustable straps are always good.

Please help a broke grad student!

Dear Craftzine,

Please help a broke grad student carry her things! The beautiful gunmetal gray Moop Letter Bag will get me to campus and back with my cell phone and my bus card in one pocket, my laptop in a perfect-sized pocket (along with a copy of Craft magazine slipped in for the bus!), an array of pens and pencils in the pencil slip, my half-knitted sock stuffed down the deep zipper pocket, my keys in one of the front pockets, and my notebook and a copy of Elizabeth Thompson's Colonial Citizens (or whatever I'm reading that week) in the large pocket with snap closures, and of course, my mail!

Thank you for showing me this amazing bag, and please help it be mine!

Sincerely,
Callie

The Porter, No! The Letter Bag! No...

Love the Porter for it's nonchalant go anywhere look. Great for shopping, because it can hold a lot, but it's not bulky when empty.

The Letter Bag has been on my mind for a long time but I think the Porter would be the perfect first Moop bag to own.

Thanks for the chance to win!

moop!

Thanks for featuring moop -- I've been stalking her bags on etsy for years. The market bag in gunmetal gray is my favorite . . . adjustable straps are genius.

I also love that moop offers organic options; the market bag in organic midnight blue is truly lovely.

the little factory of one

I love the Rosewood Messenger Bag, I teach fiber arts classes and am not the most organized person on the planet. I love the potential this has for keeping all my ducks in a row, I already have a pocket picked out for each of my tools, and even one for my chocolate, vital to any fiber teachers survival, and when you close the flap, everything is contained in a soft sleek but feminine package. Love MOOP and CRAFT feed, thanks so much.

I'm in LOVE

As a busy commuter, I have to carry my lunch, my yoga clothes, extra shoes and my "purse" items in several smaller bags. Moop's bags (either the Porter, the Market or the Messenger bag) make me swwwwoooooonnnn, and it would be amazing to have one of these bags to carry everything in!

Posted by: Lani Mathis on November 10, 2009 at 8:21 AM

Oh, to have a market bag…

I've been wanting a market bag (rosewood with adjustable strap) for ages!!! I have a large beige mesh vinyl bag that I always go to the store with and it really is wonderful for the grocery store, the farmers market, etc, but it isn't pretty by any means. The Moop market bag would make me look so much more polished when shopping at nicer stores since I don't use disposable bags anywhere anymore. I also carry the beige disaster to work on days when I have extra things to carry (sweater, sketch books, etc) and I'm sure they would appreciate me looking a bit more professional and a bit less drab! I also love that it could double as a laptop bag as the messenger I have now hurts my shoulders badly.

I love the Letter Bag in all the colors but especially rosewood.

I'm handicapped and so I should carry a cross-body bag BUT ...

Bags that are large enough to be useful for my life, rarely have long enough straps to be cross-body. Bags that are cross-body are either too ugly or too small.

I've been looking for a good bag to solve this problem since May. Nothing I've found works.

I'd love to wine one of the Moop bags because they have the size and clean lines I love along with the long strap I need.

Keep Stitching,
Janet

moop moop be-doop doop

I've coveted the Market Bag for some time now and could literally use one in every color! But the one that strikes me most today is the Rosewood. Mainly, since I commute to work, I feel like a bag-lady with a laptop bag, purse, and lunchbag. It would be great to have a bag that could do it all and be durable as well as looking fab. Fantastic contest!

The market bag in rosewood is awesome, such a beautiful shade of red!

Posted by: Ashley on November 10, 2009 at 8:11 AM

Please, please, please...

I am pregnant and I think that the gunmetal gray Market Bag would make a pretty fabulous baby bag. Help me out, CRAFT!

Posted by: LisaB on November 10, 2009 at 8:11 AM

Red

I'd go for The Market Bag in Rosewood - pretty, functional, and in a colour that will grab the attention it deserves. ;)

Posted by: Katie on November 10, 2009 at 8:11 AM

Adorable

I am in desperate need of a stylish diaper bag. My old monogrammed one is falling apart! The Porter looks like it would hold enough diapers, bottles, snacks, bibs, coloring books and crayons to keep my three kids fed and entertained for a while!

WOW...

This is the first time that I have ever visited the Moop website and all I can say is WOW. I am absolutely in LOVE with the Organic Market Bag in midnight blue!! I love the color of the outside of the bag and the beautiful, bright blue of the inside of the bag makes my jaw drop. I love all of the pockets and the versatility of the bag. I would take this bag everywhere. This bag is definitely going on my list of favorite things.:)

I need a Rosewood Messenger!

This morning I broke the strap, likely beyond repair this time, on my flea market military messenger that I haven't been able to put down even despite the multiple sippy cup spill related stains & small ugly tears I have mended over the years. Love this neat, updated, gorgeously designed without being too much, or too stark, version. -Lisa

Posted by: lisa on November 10, 2009 at 8:08 AM

Handles are great!

I like both the tote and the porter because of the strap and handles! I usually like things over the shoulder, but there is just sometimes when the strap across is essential! And in gunmetal of course!

Letter bag in gunmetal is awesome

Love this contest! Also love bigger bags which is why I love the lettter bag.

Porter Bag

Uh oh, drooling for the Porter Bag. Love it. Any color would be fine for me. Love me a bag with two shoulder straps and lots of pockets.

Posted by: sarah morrison on November 10, 2009 at 8:04 AM

gasp!

how beautiful they are! and my, how many entries you've had!
if i were to be one of the lucky two, i'd choose the porter. (i actually adore all of the colors, but maybe i'd choose red-- it's not my normal. but i might chicken out and choose gunmetal gray.) i love the shape of it-- my current favorite bag is nice, but doesn't have a square shape, and since most of the things i lug around are large-- i always have a book, and i've taken to carrying around my embroidery when there is a danger of me having downtime while i'm out. i totally need something sturdy enough for me.
pick me!

i love the messenger bag! so much room for all kinds of goodies.

Posted by: missamae on November 10, 2009 at 7:58 AM

oohh pleats

The Market Bag in Gunmetal Gray with it's little pleats and contrast stitching is super cute. It would be nice to have such a lovely new purse (I tend to cycle my purses and all are 2+ yrs old). Plus it is the perfect size for everything I carry with me on a average day with a little room to spare.

Sweetness

I have had the Market Bag on my favorites list on Etsy for ever. I love that MOOP bag and want it badly. It would be used wisely and often believe me.

graphic designer extraordinaire

The Organic Market Bag (in cloud gray). It's PERFECT and PRACTICAL for carrying mine and my daughter's things. I especially love the hint of yellow on the inside. It's enough to brighten my day!

Posted by: Jennie on November 10, 2009 at 7:52 AM

How can I pick just one?

Moop bags are my absolute favorite! I got the Fraulein for Christmas last year and love, love it. I love Wendy's style and the craftsmanship is amazing. I've never questioned if my bag can hold up to everything I put inside it. How do I pick a new favorite? I love the new letter bag and think the improvements on the fraulein are perfect. I am dying for the bookbag for kids, but I don't have a kid in school yet. I've thought about saving them for that day but my husband will call me crazy. So I'll have to go with the messenger. It would be the perfect diaper bag and hold everything else I want with me at all times. I just love it.

Moop Letter Bag in Gunmetal!

Ouy, I've been following Wendy & her Moop bags for almost a year now... what an incredible story and an even more incredible small business. I just love the simple, sturdy aesthetic of all of the Moop bags... but I think my favorite is the Letter Bag in Gunmetal. Practical, roomy enough to tote around notebooks, planners, etc. and sooooo chic.

Love the size, love the look. It is an everyday bag that can hold a lot.

Posted by: Aces on November 10, 2009 at 7:44 AM

I know I'm not a kid, but the Bookbag in Sand is absolutely gorgeous. Since I tend to tote at least a reading book, a notebook, and my camera with me everywhere, this would be fantastic. Truly gorgeous bags. I think I know what's going on my Christmas list.

Posted by: Kirsten on November 10, 2009 at 7:43 AM

Moop was one of the first shops I ever favorited on Etsy many moons ago! I have always longed for a Market bag. Perfect size and shape. I love the slight pleating. Being a single mother I could never quite talk myself into shelling out the money, but it has long been on my wish list for when I finish school. How awesome would it be to WIN one!! The provincial blue Market bag is my fave at the moment!

messenger ♥

I get very attached to my bags. I carried a bagpack from high school 'till my 3rd year in university, I had to let it go since it broke (R.I.P.). Then I got a messenger bag which I love and I've had it for 2 years now but it's coming to the end of its life as well.
The Messenger Bag in Gunmetal would be awesome for me since I tend to carry around a lot of stuff including university books and art supplies, and that material seems to be very resistant! The colour is gorgeous as well and I could wear it with any outfit I've got.
Besides, since I don't have a credit card and live in Peru, there's no other way I could ever get my hands on one of these amazing bags.

Posted by: Heidi on November 10, 2009 at 7:36 AM

Fab bags!
The letter bag is my favorite. The size is perfect, and I like the flap which offers additional security and privacy.
The colors are lovely. I would choose rosewood because a bag that gorgeous deserves to stand out.

Posted by: Sumin on November 10, 2009 at 7:34 AM

ooo!

I would love to carry around the Letter Bag! As everyone else said, it seems wonderful and oh-so-versatile. After all, it looks as though it would easily fit my laptop, a few small books and my notebook, and best of all... my knitting! Not too big, not too small: it's the Goldilocks bag.

Thanks for hosting this giveaway!

Absolutely love 'the Letter bag in Rosewood'. I am a person who is always hunting for keys, phone etc in my bag and the pockets are never adequate enough. i've coveted moop bags for a while now, but as i have quite a few bags already, i've held off on getting one.

we are expecting our first baby in january, though and could totally use this stylish bag for diapers, etc. and it would transition into a great everyday bag once baby is older.

crossing my fingers i'll win :)

Jill

Honestly, I would just like the gunmetal gray messenger bag because I'm purse/bag crazy and I love it! I haven't gotten a new bag in over a year and while that is still perfectly reasonable, I want it anyway. :)

Posted by: everything_is_free on November 10, 2009 at 7:06 AM

The Porter

I love the Porter in Gunmetal Gray! I've been looking for a sturdy big bag for bringing to work and gallivanting about town for quite awhile. I have to bring a lot of 'stuff' to work, and the bag I use now is inadequate for many reasons (too small, way too flimsy, does not close at all, no separate pockets so I can find my keys, etc). This bag looks sturdy while still being fashionable and big enough for all my stuff.

Posted by: Casee on November 10, 2009 at 7:05 AM

LOVE the Messenger in gunmetal! I carry my entire life with me and this would be perfect!

reasons why

I'm a crafty woman and a stay at home mom to 1 and 3 year old boys. Do I need to list how many things I carry around every time I go out? The letter bag in rosewood would serve honorably, carrying both unfinished sewing and unfinished sippy cups in style.

As a new mom I'm the one carrying the toys, drinks and misc stuff that accummulates with a 1 year old. Not to mention it can hold all of that plus my folders, calendars, magazines and everything else! I'm absolutely trilled to have found out about moop!

ADORE THE MOOP BAGS

What a difficult choice it is to just choose one favorite style. There are so many that would suite my different roles of mother, date, student and messenger. Out of the the styles available the ones I would choose are the Messenger, the Porter, the Tote, the Letter Bag and definitely the Clutch.

Posted by: upma on November 10, 2009 at 6:33 AM

ooooo, so pretty!

How can you choose just one? The messenger would be my first choice because I need a(nother) bag to carry while riding my bike.

the letter bag in gunmetal makes... well it makes my heart flutter.
I've been busy lately, the only time of day I can check on the world of the internet is in the early, early morning (well, six). If a bag can make me excited in a state of half-wakefulness, then it is really a wonderful bag.
I don't have a laptop, but I could fit all my sketchbooks in there, with pockets for my camera and pencils and cassette recorder and... everything! i'm in love, i really am

Messenger bag! Gunmetal!

Really lovely bags - I'm impressed by the handmade quality. I'd love to use this bag for carrying around either or both my camera and my knitting projects. And messenger bags hurt my back far less than a huge purse on one shoulder. <3

The Messenger

I LOVE the messenger bag in hunter; it looks like a great everyday bag to carry all my stuff in! It seems classy, chic and sturdy - the perfect combination!

Posted by: Allison on November 10, 2009 at 6:09 AM

I am a bag addict, and rather particular about what I look for. 1) Big enough to carry anything and everything. 2) a strap long enough to swing the bag on my shoulder with one hand without my elbow hitting the top of the bag. 3) brown or something that matches brown nicely. 4) I like it.

The Market Bag fills every requirement!

Posted by: jess on November 10, 2009 at 6:05 AM

The messenger bag in gunmetal grey looks absolutely perfect... I have finally found an adult replacement for my old high school backpack! I am constantly digging around for things in my bags, so the multitude of pockets would be excellent. Versatile, cat-resistant color, and stylish! What more could a girl ask for.

The sweet siren song of the Messenger in Rosewood Cord...

It calls to me... whispering sweet nothings in my ear... "you could fit your sketchbook and wallet and miscellaneous crap in me... and still have room for some knitting...."

it is soft...
it is pretty...
it wants to carry all my stuff...

Its flap promises to keep my dog's nose away from the tube of flavored lip gloss that I would stash in one of its pockets. Its adjustable strap says, I'm versatile so you can hold me close on a subway, or let me out when you're wearing a baggy coat or want to throw me over your head.

Oh Messenger bag in Rosewood Cord... please be mine.

Letter bag for my Momma

I'd really like the Letter Bag for my Mom. She still carries around the tiny little 80s purses with the far-too-long strap so it bounces off her bottom when she walks. I've introduced her to the idea of a larger purse in a wonderful colour and she's gungho except for the expense of buying a new purse when she already has "purses that work in her closet".

Anyway, I'd like to give her one for Christmas and one of these beautiful Moop bags would be perfect for a transitioning circa 1987.

Thanks,

Karla

Red Baby Bag

I would love one of the messenger bags. All the colors look great but i am kinda partial to the rosewood cord. I would like to use it as a diaper bag. Great to have a stylish looking bag when I am on the go with my little one. Also, it is a bag that my husband is happy to be seen toting around as well.

Wowzers!

I have to choose a favorite?! I guess I'd have to say my top two would be the Letter bag and the Porter. Love the size and the colors! Gorgeous.

Oh! Too many wonderful bags. I love them all but the messenger in hunter green would be perfect--all the messenger bags I see are either too big or too small. This one is just right!

Exec. Admin

I would really love to have the red messenger bag. I have always wanted a red bag but never had the courage to get one. This way if I win it would maybe give me the courage to try different colors. As we get older (63) we seem to be stuck in blah colors. I have had 15 major surgeries in 5 years and decided that now is the time to make some changes, this would be my start.

Thanks

The Porter in Rosewood

I'm the mother of a 2 year old and I'm just starting to come alive again. I absolutely love the porter. It will allow me to carry all of my sons must haves along with my own personal items. Best of all, it's stylish and fashionable unlike the multiple bags I carry now to fit everything. I'm putting this one on my shopping list

Amazing!

I am loving the letter bag in grey! I use my Amy Butler messenger bag every day because it is so practical, and I am in need of a replacement soon. This seems like the perfect replacement, practical and beautiful!

Moop Bag GiveAway

I couldn't decide so I showed my five year granddaughter (who came up with my knitting name (Knitto04) and asked her which one I should pick.....her response was "The Market Bag in Raspberry of course! What a silly question!!!"
Guess she told me! Anyway, I would love to win this and be maybe, just maybe give it to her or keep it for my knitting!
Thank you for having this give-away....it's marvelous - the bag are even more marvelous!!!!

Letter Bag in Rosewood.

I love that you can use it for your laptop without it looking like a laptop bag! I wanted a nice bag to carry around my art supplies. I can carry my sketch book-big or small, my pencils, brushes, paints, etc. I love the eye catching Rosewood color, too!

I would want the Letter Bag!

After reading that it has so many pockets - it would be so perfect for me! I have so many gadgets. I also need a bag for school. Not only is it sweet looking, this bag would be ideal since this bag is big enough for my mini laptop. Please help me get a new bag for school - I start my first semester of Grad School in January!

Watermelon gone wrong

For many years I have had the same messenger bag that I bought second hand. It was worn and dirty but I simply could not part with it. It had many pockets and a great adjustable strap.

This summer we had an abundance of watermelons. We simply could not eat or give them away fast enough. One day while walking out the door I happened to notice that one of the watermelons was looking a little past it’s prime. In a fit of pure genius I grabbed a garbage bag set it on the floor and then was going to lower the soft 30lb watermelon into the bag. Well…GUSH…PLOP! The watermelon bottom gave way to vast amounts of gooey, goopy watermelon guts. I managed to scoot out of the way unscathed but my beloved bag, which had been sitting on the floor, did not. It could not be saved and I have been searching for the perfect bag ever since.

The messenger bag in gunmetal looks like a dream.
Thanks,
Kristin

It's a tossup between the Messenger and the LetterBag as I am big and they are Big. I carry 1/2 an island of stuff and more for work, mother-caregiving, granddaugter babysitting, papercrafting, storytelling... It's the LetterBag in gunmetal, with the strap across my body I'll be stylin' on the island of Oahu.

Posted by: M-art-ina on November 10, 2009 at 2:42 AM

oh.my.god!

Count me in! These bags are a *must*! The Letter Bag in rosewood for me please. It seems big enough to fit in all the essentials crafty woman needs: purse, diary, collection of pens and pencils, sketch book, scissors, glue, cello tape, sunglasses, sewing kit, make up bag, a book....
(Is the bag big enough?)

Posted by: Baba on November 10, 2009 at 2:39 AM

Just my size!

I absolutely love the market bag in sage! It's big enough to hold all my necessities that I tend to carry everywhere I go. I love all the colors available too, but I have so many black bags that I thought I might add a bit of color to my accessories. I haven't gotten a new bag for so long now that I think it's time. Thanks so much for the chance!

The Messenger Bag

By far my favourite bags are the messenger bags. I carry one all the time, it leaves my hands free (not that I do much with them). And when I carry a shoulder bag I am constantly re-adjusting it, just drives me nuts. I found these bags just over a week ago and fell in love with the messenger bag. *sigh* if only I had $150 to splurge on myself :D

I adore moop bags

I'd love to win the messenger bag in tan and red with the extra long strap. I have a gunmetal market bag and it's the best bag I ever bought so another moop bag would be great.

Posted by: Shelly on November 10, 2009 at 12:47 AM

I vote for the letter bag in gunmetal gray with the adjustable strap! I LOVE having special pockets for different things, and the bag I use now only has two little pockets - so most of the little things I carry around get thrown in the bottom and often break (or get forgotten!) under my notebooks/textbooks =[. But this bag looks like it might actually have enough pockets for everything I could think of! Also, shoulder bags are awesome in general =].

I would also really, really love it if they had this bag in provincial blue...don't get me wrong, gunmetal gray is a pretty awesome color, but blue is my absolute favorite - especially that particular shade (^_^).

Posted by: Barbara on November 10, 2009 at 12:45 AM

to hide the chaos in!

These bags are awesome! If I don't win, I'll have to buy one. My two faves are the Messenger and the Duffel. With four kids and more pets than I care to admit to, I need a roomy bag that can accomodate almost anything (including bunnies and birds). Being somewhat handicapped in the area of style & fashion, such a good-looking bag might actually convince the people around me (hello, mother-in-law!) that I'm not completely hopeless when it comes to looking all pulled-together. :)

LOVE!

I'm all about the Letter bag in rosewood. OMG, gorgeous. I've just started a photog course, plus I'm a mom. I need a bag that holds my camera, iPhone, diapers, wipes, snacks, toys, knitting, book....you get the idea. I need a bag that can do it all. Plus, I never seem to be able to find *good* bags out there. They're all too small, or just not me, or fall off my shoulder when I'm holding the kid. What's up with that?

This one looks like it can do it all, and is in my style. Quite impressive, actually. :-)

I LOVE moop bags!
The letter bag in rosewood is (I think) my favourite - all those pockets, and it's big enough for everything I carry around, plus my knitting, and it's such an amazing colour... it's perfect. Although the letter clutch is pretty amazing too... oooooh, I hope I win!

For Christmas this year I have promised to only give things that are hand made. Being in grad school (studying medicine) I have made most of these myself. A sweater for my boyfriend, a hat for my mom (with matching gloves), and a scarf for my sister.

The only person left is my father. I would love to give him something special. The messenger in brown cord would be really great.

Thanks Moop + Craft

With an adjustable strap, multitude of pockets, and beautiful gunmetal shade, I have met my soul mate. (okay, i'm being a little dramatic, but a well-made, versatile handbag is such a daily joy to have and hold.)

Mmm bags...

such a tough choice, but I think I would go with the duffel in blue-grey. Now that my son is almost 4 I don't need to carry around as much stuff, and often find I'm hauling around a big bag that's only 1/4 full.
Also, I love that w/ the adjustable strap it can go over the shoulder or across the chest

I love the porter bag in rosewood. It looks so spacious and comfortable for going out, going to school, going shopping, and all sorts of occasions. I love the color, too. Especially because all my bags seem to be brown and black and blue. Nothing that really pops out. I would love to have one of these bags.

I would LOVE to win the Porter in Gunmetal grey. I teach at a community college during the day and go to grad school at night...which means I have a LOT of stuff to carry around (computer, books for both schools, lunch and dinner, keys, phone, ipod, pens, ETC!) This bag would be perfect for those days when I have to carry my entire life with me.

Letter bag in gunmetal gray

LOVE that bag. I just moved halfway across the country and got rid of tons of my stuff. Now that I am applying for jobs, I realized that I don't have a good work bag anymore. As a stage manager, I need a sturdy bag with room for my laptop, hefty binder, snacks, and a craft project for downtime backstage. The Letter bag would fit the bill perfectly, and winning would fit my currently-unemployed budget!

Posted by: Dinah on November 9, 2009 at 9:03 PM

The Porter in Rosewood

I love that it's versatile enough that I can use it for anything - a travel bag, a craft bag, an 'oh-my-god-I'm-late-for-work-just-shove-everything-in-it-and-run' bag - and be able to do it in style. The flash of red is just an added bonus, eye-catching and bold without being overly aggressive.

The name is fun, too. I like the idea of having my own personal porter to carry my stuff around for me. :)

Posted by: Hope on November 9, 2009 at 8:52 PM

Moop Bags

sigh...I love moop bags. I feel like I am always trying to win one! I would choose the market bag if I win (fingers crossed) because it would fit over my shoulder and be out of the way on the crowded bus but still fit all of the stuff I have to take to work.

I'm loving the gunmetal grey letter bag. It would not only be perfect for carrying my latest project around but it's also a great size for taking my baby son's gear to the beach, a visit to the library or trips to the rellies.

I particularly like the colour because you can dress it up girly with a nice flower brooch and change it whenever you like :)

I would love to tote around the Letter Bag in black. It's well structured with lots of pockets and the new strap is great. I heart Moop!

The Market Bag in Gunmetal Gray

A bag that's great for everyday.
A bag that tucks everything away.
A bag that's holds Sammy's snacks.
A bag that Mommy shouldn't lack.
A bag that's great for everyday.
A bag that I would love in Gunmetal Gray!

I can't decide

They are all so great but I'm mostly torn between the gunmetal and rosewood colors for the letter bag. Beautiful and wonderful craftsmanship.

I love the Letter Bag in Black. So versatile!

Posted by: Joyce on November 9, 2009 at 8:24 PM

The Letter Bag makes my heart pitter-patter. I'm a dirt-poor reporter (redundant, I know) living in the Pacific NW, and I need a bag that's pretty & practical for holding all my notebooks, pens, digital recorder, and laptop when I'm racing out on assignment. The bag looks functional, tough, & elegant -- hopefully, qualities that would rub off on the user! :)

Posted by: gretchen/juneatnoon on November 9, 2009 at 8:23 PM

Market Bag!

Oh, the Market Bag! It's the perfect shape, and these days I need a roomy bag for carrying all my things plus kids' stuff. I like that it's still a stylish bag despite having all that room. I also like the ones in the more neutral colors with a bright, surprising interior color. *sigh*

Posted by: Alicia on November 9, 2009 at 8:21 PM

My fave is the market bag in either rosewood or olive/sage. It looks roomy enough to serve as a diaper bag but also stylish and polished to act as a going-out bag.

Thanks for the great giveaway!

Posted by: Kate on November 9, 2009 at 8:20 PM

Messenger Bags!

I absolutely adore messenger bags! They always just sit so well and hardly ever fall off, which is great. Those messenger bags from Moop look so cool and stylish!

Posted by: Auntly H on November 9, 2009 at 8:16 PM

I think I want the Letter Clutch (in Rosewood) most of all. I love the Letter Bag, too, but the Letter Clutch would help me hop between all the other bags already in my rotation. Thank you!

Posted by: orangegoround.com on November 9, 2009 at 8:16 PM

I really like the styling of the messenger bag and would be really useful. It would be perfect to use when running errands, taking my laptop to a coffee shop, or for going to work and the gym!

Posted by: rachael on November 9, 2009 at 8:13 PM

I've had this shop bookmarked for some time now. I've been trying very hard to make a bag just like The Messenger, but haven't been able to get it right. So if I could choose, it would be the Rosewood Messenger mainly because it would be easy to bike with, but is also nice enough to wear to work.

Posted by: lillie on November 9, 2009 at 8:10 PM

Moop's

I just moved to San Francisco and desperately need an "on the go" bag that I can bike with by day, or go out with by night. I think the Duffel is a perfect fit for that!

I love all of moop's bag, each beautifully designed and lovingly made. I would love share the moop love around this new city of mine.

Posted by: Leanne on November 9, 2009 at 8:06 PM

Market Bag!

I love that Market Bag. I need a big bag - I always seem to carry a bunch of books and diapers and toys and assorted stuff around with me all the time and a stylish purse in a tote size is PERFECT!

moopty doop

I love the Market Bag in organic brown and yellow. It's pretty, it's practical, it's versatile, it's durable, it's earth-friendly, it's a little bit funky. Almost more than that, I love that moop is a Pittsburgh operation! I had no idea that my neck of the woods was home to such a snazzy little company.

Posted by: diana on November 9, 2009 at 7:57 PM

i agree in selecting the letter bag in rosewood as well! as a person who prefers a simplistic, yet at the same time, sophisticated design, i feel this bag encompasses both those traits. it is very quaint and versatile. :) quite outstanding in all aspects!

The Tote in gunmetal grey!

I love the Tote-- lovely, simple and practical, plus, for a petite girl like, it's the perfect size bag that can hold many many possibilities!

Tonight I'm dreaming of the Market Bag in Provincial Blue

What goods could I place in this lovely A-line bag?
My knits and needles? YES!
My Fruits and Vegetables? YES!
My sketchpad and pencils? YES!
My copy of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies? YES!

What could I wear to compliment this blue wonder?
My favorite jeans and flats? YES!
My slinky black dress and heels? YES!
My grandmother's hand me down peacoat? YES!

Who will love to see me carrying this beautiful market bag?
You, Moop! And everyone you know!

Off to sleep and dream of you my Provincial Blue!

Posted by: kat on November 9, 2009 at 7:53 PM

Actually any bag in Rosewood is pretty! But I do like the idea of the Letter Bag. And where did they come up with such a cute name? Moop!

The Messenger in Brown

I've been looking for a good quality, nice looking messenger bag forever and this one looks perfect! I'd love to have one!

Posted by: jfer on November 9, 2009 at 7:45 PM

oh!

Very nice, so pretty and practical! I'm liking the letter bag in most any color, but the provencal blue really catches the eye...or the rosewood...hmmm. Being a busy nursing student and working besides, it would be great to have something stylish to take me back and forth a little more nicely...and carry books besides

The (new, improved!) Letter Bag in gunmetal (or rosewood, if I was feeling saucy)!

Posted by: Ana on November 9, 2009 at 7:41 PM

The Letter Bag.....

... in Rosewood would be the perfect bag for schlepping all my gear to work everyday! I could fit my laptop, notes and my knitting in it, plus the pockets for all that stuff that usually accumulates at the bottom of a bag (aka black hole of doom!) like keys, cellphone, lip gloss etc!

Posted by: Molly on November 9, 2009 at 7:40 PM

Who Doesn't Want a Moop Bag?!

Love the Market Bag in black! (I wish they still carried the Fraulein Tote too - I always drooled over that bag).

Awesome giveaway - thanks!

Too many good choices but

I would pick the the Hip Pouch in Gunmetal Gray because I don't have enough pockets...

The Messenger in Gunmetal - PLEASE!

Messenger bag in gunmetal, PLEASE! Seriously in need of a replacement bag for commuting to work with design clients, but like everyone money has been tight, so I keep delaying and delaying my purchase... (sigh). The Messenger bag in gunmetal is so elegant in its casual simplicity and would really stand out with authority without being overly showy. Perfect!

Posted by: Nin on November 9, 2009 at 7:38 PM

I've been drooling over their market bag for so long now. Love it.

Posted by: maile on November 9, 2009 at 7:35 PM

the letter bag is suh-weet.

The letter bag looks like a great addition to anyone's collection. organization pockets are definitely a plus. most days i'd probably go without my head if it wasn't already connected.

Posted by: Matt on November 9, 2009 at 7:31 PM

The black letter bag would be a perfect xmas present for my girlfriend for 3 reasons:

1. She's still not 100% convinced that Pittsburgh is superior to Cleveland.

2. She is a bag freak but needs to start swapping out the cheap, frumpy totes that litter the bedroom with something with some style.

3. Specifically, she needs something smart-looking for her laptop. Maybe if she had the Letter Bag for the laptop instead of a reusable JoAnn shopping bag, I could get her to bring her laptop out of the apartment and hang out someplace like the Beehive.

Thanks!

The Letter Clutch in rosewood

I love sewing and constructing bags, but Moop has excellent craftmanship in their construction and very authentic designs.

The letter clutch in rosewood will definitely pop with any outfit. It's casual and girlie. I love.

The Porter in Provincial Blue

Email: leighelizabeth@hotmail.com
This bag would be amazing for my treks to and from school. I'm a high school history teacher and I'm constantly on the lookout for a great bag to carry my supplies, books, and laptop. This bag is lovely and looks very functional. I need something tough but attractive - I despise my computer bag for it's hideousness....

oh moop, how i love you.

i've been in love with moop for over a year now, and i LOVE all their bags!! it would be such a hard decision, but i would love:

- the letter bag in gunmetal gray
- the messenger in gray
- the market bag in gunmetal gray OR provencial blue

gosh, i honestly love all of their bags!! it was soo hard to try & pick one, i couldn't do it!

organic market bag in cloud gray

I love this bag! I love that it is organic. I love that it is elegantly gray outside and sunshiney inside. I love that it is big enough to lug linens around (I am in school for massage therapy) while still having space to stop at the market. You know, like the name says!

What an awesome giveaway!

I am definitely not alone in the MOOP love! While the worst part of this contest is having to choose only one of the bags, I'd have to go with the letter bag in rosewood. Perfect for commuting size-wise and fabric-wise. *crosses fingers*

Beautiful bags!

I love the Tote in gunmetal grey. All those lovely pockets!!!!!

Posted by: Kitten With A Whiplash on November 9, 2009 at 7:03 PM

I'd like the The Letter Bag (with adjustable strap) in gunmetal gray because I'm always just that much short of room and have to carry a second bag. This bag looks like it would hold enough to see me through World War Three, and looks sturdy enough to survive it as well. In gunmetal because it's approriate for a WW3 survival bag. Love to have the adjustable strap as well if that's ok.

Posted by: Chaucee on November 9, 2009 at 7:02 PM

I can't tell you HOW many times I've entered Moop giveaways lol. I want one sooo bad!! My favorites are the Porter bag and the Tote bag ... I can't decide!

Posted by: Thien-Kim on November 9, 2009 at 7:01 PM

Perfect as Hip Diaper bag

I'm liking all the pockets on the Letterbag (in Rosewood please). It'll make a cute hip diaper bag (expecting baby #2 anyday) and still have room for my sketchbook and pencils!

Posted by: Justina on November 9, 2009 at 7:00 PM

Messenger in Rosewood Cord

I would choose the Messenger in Rosewood Cord. This bag is absolutely gorgeous in an understated, functional way. I could use it for my computer and other "teaching supplies" (water bottle, candy, a million pencils for the million kids arriving to class unprepared...)

Posted by: DebbieKL on November 9, 2009 at 6:44 PM

Moop

Tough choice! I think I'd get The Porter in Gunmetal Gray for overnight trips. Love the idea of canvas bags!

Posted by: Stephanie Wengert on November 9, 2009 at 6:42 PM

I have to say that I love the Letter Clutch in rosewood. It's just so classy yet sturdy!! I don't have many clutches, because I always have a book on me and can never find a clutch big enough. I love it that thats one of the things that they advertise in the dimensions!

I just think that it is the perfect little purse!

Posted by: Rachel on November 9, 2009 at 6:42 PM

The letter bag in gun metal is just so lovely. I love that Moop is in Pittsburgh, it's a great town! Plus the bags are amazing!

Posted by: grcooper on November 9, 2009 at 6:41 PM

OMGoodness! I ♥ Moop!

How do I choose just one? Okay, if I have to my first pick would be the 'The Porter in Gunmetal Gray!' To die for! So unique, simplified, gorgeous and sooo me!!!

Congrats to whomever wins this giveaway - wish it will be me though! : )

Thanks Moop and CRAFT!

Posted by: auschick on November 9, 2009 at 6:40 PM

Do i really need to pick just one?

*Sigh* I love them all! But since I'm thinking of going back to school soon, the gunmetal messenger bag is probably the best one for me. Though I am slightly drooling over the letter bag too... Since I love to cart way too much stuff around (laptop, DSLR, books, random stuff I don't need), the bigger the better!

Posted by: Laura W. on November 9, 2009 at 6:37 PM

Thanks to my sister for remembering I wanted one of these and forwarding this to me. All I had to do was look in my email to see that I was lusting after The Market Bag in Provincial Blue on April 30.

Posted by: Kathleen Zenz on November 9, 2009 at 6:34 PM

Ms.

It must be The Tote in rosewood. Although, typically a black/gray girl, I want a pop of red in a chic but utilitarian bag.

Posted by: Tina on November 9, 2009 at 6:33 PM

The letter bag is amazing. It's the perfect shape, and I always like my bags to have a flap that covers the opening! But all of the bags are lovely!

Posted by: cyrillka on November 9, 2009 at 6:32 PM

The Tote!

I love the Tote - classic and trendy!

Posted by: Tricia on November 9, 2009 at 6:32 PM

The messenger bag with extended strap in rosewood is right up my alley - the more stuff i can cram in, the better!

Posted by: Liz on November 9, 2009 at 6:01 PM

I really want the "Messenger" bag in provincial blue. I live on mackinac Island where we have to ride our bikes everywhere. (Or snowmobiles in the winter.) So I NEED a great bag so I can haul all my crap, I mean stuff, to and from work. Plus I'm a busy mom so it would double as a diaper-type bag on the weekends.

Bag Love

I love the letter bag in gunmetal. It's on my wish list. I waited too long for the Fraulein but this bag embodies it's spirit. It is as utilitarian as it is sophisticated. XO

Posted by: Lisa S on November 9, 2009 at 5:54 PM

gun metal gray.......brings back memories.

I would love the letter bag w/adj strap in gun metal gray, because the color reminds me of the first car my husband and I bought together, the color name of the car was gun metal gray, and it was the best car ever. The letter bag is just the right size for all my "stuff". That is if I don't break down and give it to my daughter (that is if I win). If that were the case receiving the give away would make two of us very happy. :)

Posted by: elan on November 9, 2009 at 5:53 PM

Oh, definitely the Letter Bag (in black, though the rosewood's lovely too). Pockets for everything, room for books and lunch, shoulder strap for the commute. I love knowing that everything I need is in its own place - it saves me a lot of digging and inevitable disappointment. Beautiful and strong.

Posted by: Melanie on November 9, 2009 at 5:53 PM

I have one of the market bags and love it. If I could have another it would be either the messenger or letter bag, had to decide between the two, but probably would lean towards the messenger in brown cord. Moop creations are brilliant! Thanks for the chance to win.

Posted by: SusanC on November 9, 2009 at 5:51 PM

I love The Tote in Rosewood! I also love the maker's name moop!

Posted by: SmT on November 9, 2009 at 5:49 PM

The messenger bag is roomy, convenient and soo stylish.. love it! HUGE fan of the tote too -- looks perfect for work papers and my little laptop :)

Posted by: Elli on November 9, 2009 at 5:48 PM

No matter how many times I go through them...

I keep coming back to the messenger bag in rosewood. And typically, I like to wear my messenger bags at my hip, so the extended strap would be necessary. And the strange thing is, blue is my favorite color. But the rosewood is the perfect shade of red, not too eye-catching, but still a very engaging color. I love it!

Posted by: Thais Perkins on November 9, 2009 at 5:46 PM

tote Win!

The tote in gunmetal is for me! I can reach in and access things without having to fumble with covers and snaps, which is good when I'm carrying kid stuff (and usually the kid as well!).

Definitely the Messenger! I've been looking for a bag to replace the messenger bag I'm carrying around. It's a bit beat up at this point!

Posted by: Jasmine on November 9, 2009 at 5:38 PM

I live in Pittsburgh and I love local stuff!

That said, the bag for me is the Letter in Gunmetal. I've been looking for a "grownup" bag for *forever*. I have a thing for messenger bags, and this would be the perfect transition between my college-y messenger bags and an I-have-a-real-job bag.

Posted by: Thais Perkins on November 9, 2009 at 5:36 PM

The tote in gunmental is for me! I can reach in without fumbling through covers and snaps, which is useful when I'm also carrying kid stuff (and usually the kid).

Posted by: Jen on November 9, 2009 at 5:35 PM

I really like the look of the letter bag in gunmetal grey. It's both stylish and practical, and looks like it'd hold together considerably better than the old army surplus messenger bag I'm using now for my day-to-day carrying needs.

Posted by: Aprilly on November 9, 2009 at 5:33 PM

I really like all their bags, but my favorite is the hip pouch. I am a huge fan of big bags, which is a problem when I decide to go out dancing or something. A small (amazing) bag for my cell phone, keys and credit card would be perfect.

Posted by: LeslieT on November 9, 2009 at 5:32 PM

I really would like to win the messenger in rosewood cord. I have wanted a moop bag for a while because I love all the details.

Posted by: Debbie on November 9, 2009 at 5:32 PM

Gosh, I can't decide between the Letter Bag or the Messenger, but if I have to choose one, I'll go with the Letter Bag in Rosewood!

Wow, I LOVE the look of the Duffel in black. It's a great size and material for a durable, stylish, everyday bag. I'm always looking for the kind of bags that'll hold tons of stuff, but not look bulky, and this would definitely fit the bill!

The Letter Bag Rosewood

I am not big on name brands but I love these simple bags. Sounds great with compartments for all the random junk I need to carry with me. I'm in grad school it I like to be able to toss my things into one bag. Plus I love the red color of rosewood.

I'd like a chance to win the letterbag in rosewood please. For the longest time, I've been using two bags I made in high school to tote things around in. It would nice to actually have a good quality bag to use instead.

a gift for my younger sister...

As a crazy perfectionist/organizer my little sister makes me nuts - especially her bags! She carries 3 bags to school - her purse which is just full of junk, a tote with her lunch, and then another bag with her computer. She inevitably loses something along the way on a pretty regular basis. I've been eyeing the moop bags for awhile - especially the market bag in olive. I think it would fit all of her junk, and the little clutches are so cute! So she could put her purse stuff in there and be coordinated AND organized. I've been thinking of the perfect Christmas/Birthday (her birthday is on Christmas, I asked for a baby sister that year and got one! Precious, right?)gift for her and I thought that a moop bag would be perfect. Please pick me so my sister can finally be organized, with a stylish bag to boot!

Yay!

I've had moop favourited on etsy for some time now, trying to decide which bag I wanted. Here's the kick in the pants to decide! I'd love to have a Letter Bag in gunmetal. I commute via foot or bike regularly, so I need something spacious and attractive. The colour would complement my wardrobe perfectly. The bag would allow me plenty of space to carry everything I need for a day's work, while looking nice doing it.

I absolutely LOVE Moop bags! Style and function together in a simple, everyday bag. I love the Porter because it's nice and roomy -- just enough space to carry my books from class to class and leaving plenty of room for my projects, allowing me to work on my current crafty endeavor in lieu of taking notes.

Market, to market, to buy a fat pig!

Home again, home again jiggidy-jig.

So chic with the gunmetal Market Bag!

Moop Bag

I would love to have that Messenger bag in gunmetal. Not only am I an avid crocheter, but a writer who carries a laptop around from time to time. Good size bags are a must for my life, and good looks are a definite plus.

I'd love to win The Duffel in Rosewood--I need a purse that's not frikkin' gigantic, plus also I firmly believe that red goes with everything much more than black does.

Oh I love love love the market bag in gunmetal gray. The pleats on it are so pretty!

I LOVE the Market Bag. I'm carrying a Marc tote right now and sometimes it's just not big enough for all the items I need to carry. Plus, winter is coming and I'll need space for all the gear that comes along with winter...hats, gloves, scarves...!

I love Moop!

I would love to win the new Market bag in Brown with Organic Golden Yellow Lining.

Wendy at Moop does amazing work.

I would love the Letter bag. It is big enough for the regular purse stuff plus my knitting projects. I would not have to carry around 2 bags.
