The gals at Nice Package have a new video tutorial up for making these playful twist tie pom poms to add a little fun to your gift wrapping. I think it's their candy stripe twist ties that really make the project!

I would absolutely never have guessed these were just twisty-ties. What a cute idea, and simple enough for all. One more package topper idea to add to my list.
