How-To: Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

This strawberry rhubarb jam tutorial by fastdmarco has seriously impeded my ability to think of other things besides strawberry rhubarb pie. I imagine this is like having the pie, but on toast in the morning!

Might sound odd, but I LOVE putting a spoonful of strawberry rhubarb jam into about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Use some whole wheat crackers to scoop it up and yum! I'm a happy snacker!
