Very cute leg warmers. My fear is that they may be highly flammable. Often cheap adult scarves have warnings about keeping away from open flame. Sometimes there are no warnings but still dangerous materials. With children now wearing the fire magnets... it's a little too risky for me. Make sure to check the labels or do a (safe) fire test on a small bit of the material.

...Because we all know that we're no good at keeping babies away from open flames?
I bet the scarf has that warning because it is long and blows in the wind, not because the material is so different than a fuzzy sweater or a fuzzy sock.
(I made legwarmers with old socks with holes in the toes, myself. One cotton-lycra blend, one of ultra fuzzy socks that refused to stay on my feet.)
