T-Shirt to Kid's Gathered Dress

Dana from Made created this cute gathered dress for her daughter from a thrift store t-shirt that brought back memories of her trip to Seattle earlier in the year. With a little elastic thread and a few cuts, the dress-from-t-shirt was born!
