How-To: Pennant Rubber Stamp Roller

Cathe of Just Something I Made created this brilliant pennant rubber stamp roller with a little tool she happened to spot at the hardware store. Read her tutorial on how to create your own. I'd be tempted to roll wee pennants on every piece of paper I had!
