Bake Cookies in the Hot Car

Lately the temperatures in Phoenix have been rising above 110 degrees on a daily basis. In the hot sun, car temperatures can reach ridiculous levels, so here's an idea for baking cookies in the hot car while you're at work. Not only is it a delicious end to a work day, but I'm sure it would amuse anyone who walked by your car during the day as well. Via BoingBoing.
