Sarah James of Instructables (scoochmaroo) modeled her Instructables t-shirt dress she refashioned. How adorable is that? i love that she had Instructables buttons to hold up her dress straps.
This crafter came over to the CRAFT booth and I was dying over the handmade dinosaur sweater vest she had on! She didn't make it herself but it is handmade and she picked up this gem for only $4 at the thrift store. Check out the awesome terradactyl on the back.

This cool crafter found out about the Threadbanger Scavenger Hunt through our CRAFT tweet and came by to say "thanks" at the end of the day on Sunday. Then showed me what she made at Maker Faire, these pink striped arm warmers to match her socks!
This crafter collects vintage Alice in Wonderland books and used a tattered up version her grandma gave her to make this book purse. She used a tutorial she found on NPR.org.
Those of us who worked the fair had some crafty utilitarian style going like Kristin from Craft Leftovers sporting her padded pin cushion wristband made from an old shirt cuff.
And it's not Maker Faire without people trying on the Princess Leia wig (by BleuArts). I loved this Japanese gal's cool photo style. Domo arigato everyone!
Hi Natalie, this is an awesome post! Sorry I didn't get to see you at the BB, I agree with you, it was so crowded, great for sales, but not great for finding people. I heard nothing but wonderful and positive comments from everyone about this years Faire. What an amazing event. Thank you, thank you!!!!
