As we forge on in to summer (we've had back-to-back days of 100+ temps here in Austin), I've been longing for a wardrobe of nothing but breezy skirts and t-shirts. I never feel like I have time to make any, though. Kathleen of Grosgrain has a super easy skirt tutorial that may just solve my problem. Her 20-minute skirt is the kind of project I could tackle in an effort to fill out my summer wardrobe.
