This is a really simple soft necklace / scarf that can be made in about five minutes. I keep seeing similar ones being sold for twenty, forty, even sixty dollars while it can be easily made for just a couple of dollars, or free!

She used a rotary cutter and an old t-shirt to achieve this look.
