Craft: transforming traditional crafts

Elsie Marley made these carrot cake cookies from a recipe on Martha Stewart. Being that carrot cake is my favorite kind of cake, I don't think these will last very long if I make these. But that cream cheese filling looks scrumptious!

The recipe says they make 18, but I only got a dozen, so double it because they are super delicious: not too sweet, but not too healthy either and small enough to eat too many without realizing it.
