Accident-Explanatory Slings

I really could have used one of these after my knee surgery, except it would have had to play video of what the doctor found inside my knee! This would make a great screen printing project if you know someone with a broken arm, or if you're adept at one-armed screen printing. Perhaps these accident-explanatory slings will be an option at hospitals in the future. I'd like to see the "shark attack" or "you should see the other guy" editions; those were my two most common fallback stories while on crutches. Via Inspire me, now! (Thanks, Matt!)

More like conversation stopper. I'm so tired of talking about my leg injury...and then hearing others' stories...it'd be great to have something to point to, silently, and limp away.

x-rays

Here's another idea: print an X-ray of a broken arm onto the sling.

If I get a cold in the next few weeks, I want an "it's not H1N1" face mask (maybe showing a pig nose with an X over it).

Funny! These are a terrific idea, much cuter than the standard sling &, I'm sure, a great conversation starter!

Amazing! I broke my foot a few years ago just sort of stepping wrong on the last step of a staircase. It was the worst story to tell, so something like this would have come in very handy.
