I just got an Amazon Kindle 2, and my husband pointed out that the Kindle is not dissimilar to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (the Guide itself, I mean -- the book within the books). Hence, my case with large, friendly letters that say "don't panic". It's my own design, and I didn't even have to buy any fabric -- this was a scrap project. It's also well-padded; the inner pocket as well as the cover and back are all lined with batting to protect the precious Kindle.
