Crochet Jar Jacket

Back in November, Lucy of Attic24 posted a quick tutorial for creating these simple, fun jar jackets as a way to dress up spare jars to be used as flower vases. Tamara of 1/4 of an inch was inspired by the post and modified the instructions to create a jacket to spruce up a boring flower pot.
