here is my rough translation:
he is explaining that there are 3 gears that have 15 teeth each, and 9 gears that have 10 teeth each. in total, the gear heart is constructed of 12 gears.
the gears are all connected to each other, so when one of them moves, they all move.
then he shows how the gears rotate. in one rotation of the heart shown in the video, the gears that have 15 teeth rotated 2 times, while the gears that have 10 teeth rotated 3 time.
