Gareth @ MAKE posted about this instructable for turning a plain old cereal box into a classy gift box. I like how it squeeks a little more use out of something before it goes to the trash and looks good doing it.

other things to do with chipboard

I also like to turn the cardboard into backing for collage postcards, or make quilting templates out of them. probably other uses also -- you could glue two together to make your own book board for bookbinding . . . hmmm wish I ate more cereal
