Jennifer Khoshbin's Bugs

jennifer khoshbin
Abbey Goes Design Scouting pointed out Jennifer Khoshbin's recent work with bugs. Some of her other artwork includes decorative mounted animal heads. Don't worry, they are paper mache and decoupage on resin cast heads. This one is called Dressed Pests I.

Thanks Michelle

Sorry this takes me so long to reply to. Again, I don't know if anyone will read this (and to clarify, that's what I meant in my last response. Because I am not replying promptly, I assume no one is going to read it. Certainly this blog has great readership, which is AWSOME by the way).
Anyway, thanks, Michelle for the vote of confidence and yes, the bugs are made of clay, wire, resin and paper of course.
I hope you enjoy them. Thanks again.

Thanks Jennifer

People will read this and I am glad you clarified. Your work is awesome and that is why we featured it. What materials do you use for your sculptures?

response to "discusting"

Not that anyone will read this, but I am the artist, and no bugs are used in this! They are all sculptures. Inquire first, try not to spread such negativity so easily.

Not Real Bugs

I am pretty sure she doesn't use real bugs since none of her other work involves real animals.
