Flickr user Here Be Dragons made a Cthulu amigurumi and posted a picture of him posing in California. Apparently a Cthulu is a creature from H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulu Mythos. via GeekCrafts.

That looks like Cthulu as a baby, before he was all scary and horrifying. Or maybe it's really one of his star-spawn . . .

A Cthulu? THE Cthulu, who waits, sleeps, dreaming.... :-) I wish there was a pattern for this 'lil guy.
