Last Friday before catching the Counterfeit Crochet exhibit at Yerba Buena, Tina and I had the best lunch at the MOMA cafe. It was a Gnocchi dish that was so light and summer fresh, complete with heirloom tomatoes. I've been trying to think of how to reproduce it. Low and behold, Apartment Therapy's The Kitchn has a recipe for easy ricotta gnocchi that just might do the trick as it's a lighter version of northern Italy's potato gnocchi. [ via Not Martha ]
