HOW TO - Sashiko Embroidery

Somehow I missed this detailed Purl Bee tutorial on sashiko embroidery. Mari, who wrote the tutorial, claims that the traditional Japanese embroidery only looks difficult. The image above is of Flickr user water-fall's beautiful sashiko embroidery. via Whip Up.
