DIY Magic Shell Recipe

In a move that will surely rock the junk food world to its very foundations (or at the very least, will excite my husband to no end), the Brownie Points blog has posted a recipe for making your very own Magic Shell ice cream topping. You know, the "chocolate" sauce that hardens up to make a crunchy shell? The mind boggles! DIY Magic Shell, via The Kitchn.

This is the vegan version of the magic shell recipe. If you don't have coconut oil and are not vegan you can substitute butter in it's place.
