Greetingarts has posted a tutorial showing how to make this colorful "Scrappy Cartwheels" doll quilt. I love the colorful fabrics she used in her version, and the whole thing is a fun, fresh take on the traditional pinwheel design. [via] Link.

This quilt is so amazing. I just recently go into quilting and I'm trying to learn the ropes. I was looking for the "easy" route as I'm a beginner and I found the most wonderful way to start a quilting project if you're not "sew savvy". The method they use is called "foldy stuff" and it requires no sewing to make blocks. I ordered some patterns and I can't wait to try it! They have tons of the most popular quilting patterns and loads of really neat applique designs. I'm even thinking of teaching my 10 year old daughter! Oh well, just wanted to share! Thanks and happy quilting! The craft store I ordered from was called www.quilting-foldystuff.com
Check it out if you like to quilt the easy way.
