I need this book because it's my brother's birthday on March 20 and I don't have a gift yet.
Saying he loves Peeps is an understatement. He'd kill me if he knew I was sharing this story. When we were in high school, my mom made him an appointment to have a few questionable moles removed on his back. As a reward for not being a morose teenager on the day of the appointment, she bought out all of the local Target store's recently-clearance boxes of Peeps for him.
I'm sure the combination of this book plus Easter weekend will blow. his. mind.

I would love to get a copy of the book for my mom. She's mad for Peeps and drove three towns over to see the Peepmobile when it passed through -- all by herself, since my sister and I (who are both in our early twenties) have not inherited her obsession. I can't think of a better Easter gift for her.

My family and I love PEEPS! It isn't Easter at our house until I bring home the PEEPS. My daughter is the one who eats them, she likes to put them into her hot chocolate. (Is this cruel?) And we collect all the PEEPS stuffed animals, we have big pillow ones, and little teeny pen toppers. I'm afraid of this year's red ones though, they seem to have come from a horror movie, I'll stick with the pastel PEEPS. Oh, and we enjoy seeing the results of The Washington Post's PEEPS diorama contest. Check it out!

I'm posting a comment for the first time anywhere on the internet because I think this is worth it. I just bought a box of Peeps for myself and ate one simply to have the warm, fun feeling of being a happy-go-lucky kid! I didn't want this Easter to pass without joining in the Peep-generated excitement of the season. I gave some to my 22yr old son and said, "Did you eat a Peep yet?" He said, "You gave me a box of Peeps! How could I not eat one?" I know I made his day. I truly admire the inovation of the person who made this candy!!! kemartini at gmail dot com

Hi Craftzine friends :)
Please enter me into the contest for the peeps craftbook.
I have an easter bunny addict at home who lives on nothing but sparkly yellow marshmellow peeps :)

I have loved Peeps since I was a kid. I remember hoping that I would receive it in my Easter basket and being overjoyed when I received it. I still see Easter baskets even today that have them. I especially love the yellow ones and the fact that it is made of marshmallow. I am wanting to go out and buy some as I write this comment. I am happy to see that there are so many creative ways to make peeps into different things. I would really enjoy adding this book to my craft collection and sharing it with my niece. Since I am always talking to her about arts and crafts.

I would actually like to win this book for a friend. Even if I don't win it, I may just have to find a copy anyway.
Every year, without fail, she posts about her adventures with Peeps on Easter. Some years, they get blown up in the microwave, some years, it's roasted over the fire. I so look forward to the Easter Peep blog, and this would be a great thank you gift!

I simply must have this book because it really fits into my *thing*, which lately has been making every day ordinary ingredients at home from scratch. Like butter and superfine sugar and marshmallows . . . it goes on and on!

This year I swore I'd enter the Peep Diorama contest (check the Washington Post) so I have 19 boxes of assorted colors, kinds, and quantities of Peep products just waiting for my creativity. Alas! This year the entry deadline came and went and now I have a heart filled with creative desire, a pantry filled with Peep goods and a need for the Peep book so I can satisfy it all! What a terrific find - I'll have to search for it no matter what. Thanks for the chance to win! rhleep at gmail dot com

Yes please! My mom and I were just arguing. She says pink/green/lavender Peeps are unnatural in color and prefers yellow. I say there is no BAD PEEP! I need this book to encourage my mom to craft with me and Peeps Peace will abound, I'm sure. Thanks.

My family and I have enjoyed peeps for years! We have the big "fresh or stale" debate all the time. I guess crafting with peeps would give us something new to talk about!

It is well known to many that I have a "thing" for Peeps...the yellow bunnies are my favorite, and once I open a box, it is rare that I can stop until the box is empty!
Yesterday was one of "those days" and I sat down and ate an entire box...well, except for two bunnies that I had to share with my son when he found me and discovered that they were almost gone. Perhaps winning the recipe book and learning some creative ways to use my Peeps would make my 'addiction' less of a joke for my family!

Peeps = marshmallow goodness. I'm a Peep fanatic: every color, every flavor, every season. Nothing finer than some sugar with more sugar on it. I prefer them to be a little stale...cut the package, let them sit for 2-3 days, then enjoy!
This book would look charming on my coffee table and I'd like to be the envy of all my friends.

My husband loves PEEPS more than I do and I think he would really enjoy a creative special craft or delicious recipe that I could create for him. There's something *magical* about pastel-colored sugar-covered marshmallows in the shape of bunnies and birdies that make us feel like young children enjoying an Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday. If we could buy PEEPS all year long, I'm sure we'd always have a few of them in our house.
Aloha (Bye) and Mahalo (Thanks)

I would like this book because I enjoy Peeps but not to the extent my in-laws seem to think I do* and I always end up with more Peeps than my house can reasonably consume. If I could do something more interesting with them they might disappear before they are no longer tasty.
* I get Peeps for nearly every holiday which has Peeps made for it. Seriously.
