Hide Cables with Mizutani Cable Knit Corporation

cableknitmac.jpg
Blogger imomus's girlfriend Hisae knit this wool cable cover. I don't know how much sense it makes to hide just a single cable, but it looks kind of cool. [via] Link.

Will your rabbits really not chew through fabric? I use clear plastic tubing to hide my cords from the bunny (after he destroyed two computer power cords ...).

But this is a much more attractive idea!

Looks more like crochet to me.

And I thought I was the only person who made Cord Cozies to keep my rabbit from destroying (yet more of) my electronics. (Mine are just boring fleece tubes though -- I have a lot of cords and a very persistent rabbit.)

I think I have discovered my next stash busting project. Yay!

Yes, give Hisae the credit. They're both clever!

just for the record, Momus didn't knit it, his gf did! seems like they have rabbit cord chewing issues.

That's funny. My cat likes to chew anything knitted!

this would work great for me because my cat likes to chew on cords.
