I love the French magazine Marie Claire Idees and now they have a blog too! Even if you can't read French, this project to make pencil covers is simple enough. Just print out the pretty patterned PDF templates, print from you computer, and glue over pencils or even better some colored pencils. Make up a little set and give it as a gift with a small sketch pad. Merci Petite Main! Link.
