This beautiful rug is made out of recycled blankets by Dutch designers Tejo Remy and Rene VeenHuizen. Looks like you can make a less complicated DIY version, using this and the recycled magazine bowls as part of the inspiration. Check out more photos of the recycled rug at Inhabitat. Link.

This is fantastic. When I was a kid I used to draw this and trace it with different coloured pencils so it would look exactly like this...wonderful
