Vegan cook extraordinaire Kittee (creator of the invaluable food blog Cake Maker to the Stars) has just released her new zine, Papa Tofu. Kittee says: "Papa Tofu is a 76 page vegan cookzine with recipes, craft projects and advice. It's got a revamped Ethiopian section, New Orleans and Southern specialties, a few random savories, and a whole bunch of delicious dessert recipes."
