Hi Courtney - You'd love another site I have bought lots of pieces from: www.createsticksandstones.com. I found them in Oprah's magazine last year. Their quality is fantastic (I mean, if Oprah loves it, you know it's good!!!!). Their customer service was like nothing I've ever seen. I had a problem selecting my letters and they were so helpful. I love my piece and have referred countless people to their site. I'll definitely be back to buy again - and again!!! Enjoy! SL
