Crafting on This American Life

I was talking to my brother about making people gifts for the holidays and he told me I should listen to This American Life when David Rakoff discusses crafting as a job with the crafts department at Martha Stewart Living and the idea of giving people handmade presents. Part three with David Rakoff begins at minute 47. Personally, I think people want homemade gifts, but I have also never made anything covered with Necco wafers. Pictured above is a Necco wafer pony from megasoul's Flickr account. Link.
