Office Collar

I'm oddly entranced by this idea:
Office Collar has been designed in response to the open plan, working environment. The collars act as spatial isolators, narrowing the field of vision, therefore enabling their wearer to focus on the tasks in front of them.
These task-masks are ridiculous, but I can't help but think one would help me be a lot more productive in my open floorplan office, especially in conjunction with a pair of headphones. These are made from leather, but us craftsters could easily whip one up out of fabric or paper for a more veggie-friendly office costume.

Hmmm? I always thought the whole open-floor plan was supposed to scare people into working, anyway. Like, "Oh, shoot, I better get to work in case the office tattle-tale is watching... These would just make me totally claustrophobic. I'll take a cubicle anyday!
