I love all of the projects in this book which help you add a fun touch of crafty decor in your home. There are lots of refashioning projects in the book so you can reuse your old clothes with projects such as the Oxford Shirt Cushion Cover to sewing up a t-shirt quilt! My personal favorite is the Patchwork Taxidermy Animal Rug, a fun kitschy way to sew up an animal shaped rug out of fabric! Author Cat Wei is also the co-host of Material Girls on the DIY Network so she knows what she's doing. Material World is a bevy of inspirational projects, you'll want to make them all!
