All the ways to cast on? Not likely! I have one book, Montse Stanley's Knitter's Handbook, that shows over forty cast on methods.
Sure, the four that KnitPicks has chosen are among the most commonly used. But to say that they're all the methods is like saying that the residents of Rhode Island are all the Americans.
