Winner of the WNYC and Amy Sedaris Craft Challenge

We posted about the WNYC and Amy Sedaris Craft Challenge earlier this week. CRAFT friend, Julie Jackson of Subversive Cross Stitch read about it here and decided to enter her Octopus Hotdog in the contest. Well all we can say is WOW! Because Julie is the winner!! Congrats! Yeah, I saw the winner for this and thought that it really wasn't a good winner. not an original thought, and since there is a real tool for this it is not even craft.

of course the only reason i even know about the octo dog is because i make balloon animals at festivals and tell parents about the dangers of choking with balloon pieces, number one choking hazard, number two is hot dogs, which is where the octodog comes in, cuts it into small pieces for better eating. yay!
