Needle threader earrings

Earings
We all know how fragile needlethreaders are, why not transform them into cute earrings? That's just what crafter Cat Morley did in this tutorial. Link.

Next step is to make a necklace charm from a thread cutter. Dritz has a small, cheap one made mostly of plastic. Just break off the needle threader, drill a hole in that end, and add a jump ring so you can string it. I decorated mine with old earring parts and wear it while traveling by plane. Not enough metal to registar like the antique-looking, more expensive ones sold by Clover.
